Very helpful! I felt comfortable with them handling out of town groomsman tuxes whereas I did not with Lily's bridal so I switched and am so glad I did! With 4 groomsmen the groom gets his tux free! Highly recommended

We ordered the tux’s for the guys about 2 months before the wedding. One of our groomsman's tux didn’t come in until the day of the wedding at 9 am (the limo was picking them up at 10). They did not make him pay for his tux but they were very rude when I called them, stating that it was nothing they did wrong- but their hub store's fault. Really a terrible company. The only good part was the manager from White Marsh drove the tux to my husband's house the morning of the wedding.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They offer a nice selection. I was referred to them by David's Bridal, which is where I got my bridesmaids dresses and I thought because of that, they'd have some sort of color matching, but they don't. We were still able to pick a close match for a good price. This was convenient for us having groomsmen and ushers from out of town, our info was entered into the system and our guys went to their closest store to be fitted. They also offered a free tux rental with 5 rentals, which we were able to take advantage of.

I was very pleased with this vendor. They were very patient with us. We had guys all over the US, so it was very convenient that this vendor is also all over the US. We started out with the groom, one best man, and four groomsmen. I later had to add the bridal escort and ring bearer. At another time I had to take away the ring bearer and the best man. Later I needed to take away two groomsmen. The last thing I needed to change was to add a new groomsmen. Through all of these changes the staff worked with us and had not problems making these changes. We only had to put down a deposit, which I got back when we picked up the tuxes. All of the tux were correct with measurements, sizes, patterns, and colors. Also since we had four guys renting a tux then the grooms was free plus we got a discount on the other guys' tux.

My husband decided to buy a nice suit instead of renting a tux for our garden wedding. He got excellent service at Men's Wearhouse. The sales pitch was a little agressive, but when all was said and done the alterations were done perfectly and the suit looks great.
