Metro Hair

I had a trial appointment in May with this 'salon' and then I cancelled them for my wedding. I should have known when their travel rate for 2 stylists (hair & makeup) was only $65. You get what you pay for! I can't even say it's a real salon, it's 2 people in an old worn out storefront in Burlington, it's not even painted or finished inside. When I drove by a few months later, I think it was closed down. I know another bride who used these people for her wedding and she was perfectly happy, but the guy was done with my hair in only 20 mins. and it was pretty half assed. The girl who did my makeup was very very young and not very confident. Also she was using drugstore makeup on me I'm sure, not any professional brands. I'm not an uppity makeup person by any means but this salon was really subpar. He even took all the pins out of my hair and sent me out of the salon with my hair falling out of the style he had done, knowing full well I was going to have my engagement photos done right then! Good thing I had bobby pins at home to re-do my hair!
