I was so happy that I had an experience with Meurice Garment Care .The boutique was specious and carry all kinds of gorgeous pieces. And I loved atmosphere in it - very relaxing and stuff is very helpful.

I took an antique piece of lace that I was thinking of making into a gown over to Meurice Garment Care. They tested it to find out if it could be cleaned, and they found that it couldn't be. Meurice didn't charge me for this. I was impressed by their honesty and would go back to the store to get fine garments cleaned.

We bought our bridesmaid dresses from Meurice Garment Care. The had a wide variety of dresses, fabrics and colors from which to choose. Although the price wasn't the lowest in the area, the dresses were beautiful and the way in which the staff treated their customers were well worth the cost

Gown cleaning
Your gown is a unique treasure that cannot easily be replaced and deserves our expertise. After the wedding, our experts go over the gown with you, inch by inch. We search for invisible sugar stains with a black light and treat these areas before cleaning. (This step prevents unpleasant surprises when you pick up your dress.) We then use a unique three process to treat your gown -- removing stains while retaining fabric texture and protecting beadwork and other decorations.
Gown restoration
We don't stop at cleaning! Our custom restoration service can whiten vintage gowns that have yellowed with time. Meurice brides have worn their grandmothers' and even their great-grandmothers' wedding dresses on their special day.

As a member of the Association of Wedding Gown Specialists, we use tested preservation techniques backed by an international guarantee. We pack your gown in an acid-free preservation box with acid-free tissue and unbleached cotton muslin. You'll also receive a pair of 100% white cotton gloves, safely allowing you to touch and see your gown whenever you want.

What is the typical turn-around time for a dress?
A typical hand-cleaned gown is ready between 2 and 4 weeks but we can accommodate any time-frame with our work.
Do you provide any guarantees/warrantees of any kind?
Of course, each gown and dress we touch carries our unlimited guarantee.
Do you have a seamstress onsite?
Yes, our expert tailors work on location.

How do you clean my gown? Our certified wedding gown specialists carefully handclean every gown with gentle chemicals that dissolve the different kinds of stains on your gown. Then your gown is rinsed in pure solvent, the one best for your gown, until it is completely clean.
What is preservation? Your completely clean gown is carefully packed with acid-free tissue in a museum-quality wedding chest that protects your gown from the air and light that cause unprotected gowns to yellow.
Why is your process different from others? Spills such as soda, wine and cake (many times caused by a guest and unnoticed by the bride) contain sugar and often dry without leaving a visible mark. Sugar is not dissolved during ordinary drycleaning and caramelizes over time into ugly brown stains. We take an extra step to be sure all stains, both seen and unseen, are removed.
Is your wedding chest different from others? Our trademarked MuseumCare wedding chest is completely acid-free, not just pH neutral. Boxes that are only pH-neutral are not as safe for your gown, and ordinary boxes and tissue are heavy in acid, which damages fabric. Ordinary boxes and tissue cause yellowing and “burn” gowns leaving dark brown streaks wherever the fabric touches the box.
Can I see my gown when it is in the wedding chest? Certainly! We want you to check your gown. Many cleaners will tell you that opening your gown box will void their guarantee. It’s your gown. We think you should be able to look at it and we even provide white linen gloves for easy, safe handling. .
What else can I preserve with my gown? Of course. We're happy to preserve accessorices such as a headpiece and veil, petticoat, gloves, garter, and handkerchief. You may also choose to store your things in more than one chest. Shoes should not be stored with the gown because fumes from the leather and glue may cause damage.
We can also preserve other special garments such as christening gowns, communion dresses, quinceaneros gowns, military uniforms, etc.
Will you make repairs to my gown? We can make any needed repairs. For some repairs there may be an additional charge.
