They were very flexible with the menue, and we loved that they were willing to listen to our requests. I think the food was great, everyone said it was perfect. I am always impressed when chefs can create 100 dishes in less then 10 minutes.

You cannot believe how amazing their food is! It is on the expensive side, but WELL WELL WORTH IT! Everyone at the wedding, including some very snobby foodies (me and my husband! ha!) said it was the best meal of their lives. Really you can't go wrong with Laura & Michael. The professionalism is beyond what you would expect from a NYC caterer let alone Vermont! Just simply stunning, the best part of our wedding!
