Out of all the vendors I had to do business with for my daughter's wedding, Michele was a blessing. My daughter decided to get married one year after she became engaged. After the engagement party and the shower, when it became time for the wedding invitations I decided I was going to have to push the budget a little and find a calligrapher. Michele was the first to respond to my inquiries. I found her very professional but pleasant as well. After speaking to a few other calligraphers I decided there was something about Michele I liked. I called her back and from that point I never had to worry about anything regarding addressing the invitations. The invitations were delayed and we were already into the suggested 12 weeks before the
wedding. Michele took the names and addresses as I gave them to her so we could start to mail them out as they were done. Michele worked with me throughout. She was one step ahead of everything. She made suggestions that saved me lots of time and expense. In the end, I had her do the place cards as well. Her elegant work added a beautiful touch to the wedding. It is true when they say your invitations set the tone for your wedding...with Michele's talented hand addressing the invitations your guests will know it's going to be a night to be remembered...ours did!!

I found Michele through PW. She was amazing right from the start. She was very quick with emails and willing to work with me even though I contacted her on very short notice (about 3 months prior to my wedding) She was lightning fast and had my 70 or so invitations completed in a just a day or two. She began working on them on a Wednesday and I had them completed and shipped to my home by the following monday - thats quick service! They look absolutely beautiful and I will be recommending her to all my engaged friends as well as using her for my placecards and any other calligraphy work I need to have done. An absolute dream to work with! and her prices cannot be beat :)

Michele did my calligraphy for the escort cards and invitations. Her work is so lovely and she was able to execute and send the product back to me per her original timeline. After I had some last minute edits due to RSVP, she did another quick turnaround and even made an escort card envelope when I didn't have any extras. She has gone above and beyond what was expected and I could not be happier with her services. Her prices are extremely good and I am so glad she contributed to my wedding!

WOW! Michele is EXTREMELY talented! Everything came out just spectacular! Her calligraphy is absolutely worth it, I would highly recommend her to everyone. Not only did she complete the work with speed, but she had backed me up with spares just in case I made any mistakes, which I did....

Michele was the best vendor I worked with throughout my entire planning process. She is extremely talented, professional, accomidating, creative, and very reasonable. Michele did my outer envelopes, inner envelopes, placecards, and table cards. I had so many compliments on how beautiful it all looked! My mom refused to open hers because it looked so perfect. In fact, she made me give her a blank response card to send. I totally recommend Michele Clark!

Awesome!!! I was against hiring a calligrapher at first, but after my mom and stepmom convinced me my handwriting was just too atrocious to proceed on my own, I found Michele. She was VERY reasonably priced... extremely fast and accurate (no mistakes!)... AND when I opened the box with the envelopes, I gasped out loud. Many people complimented me on the envelopes (some even thought I'd had them printed until they looked more closely!) She was worth every penny!

Michele was wonderful!! She's alot more reasonable with price than other calligraphers in the area and she's just so nice and fun to work with. You send her your envelopes and your list of people, and she sends them back within a week. She did my envelopes, inner envelopes and place cards. When she found out my colors were brown and blue, she matched an ink perfectly to my invitations. She is so easy to work with and she gave that something more to my envelopes. Highly recommended!

Michele is a joy to work with! Her work is absolutely beautiful - I received many compliments on the calligraphy for my invitations. I had her do my place cards as well and they looked perfect with my theme. I highly reccommend.

I contacted Michele Clark after reading many rave reviews about her on the Knot. We booked her early (over a year in advance!) to ensure we were able to work with her. She addressed our outer envelopes to our guests, wrote the return address on the flaps, and addressed our RSVP envelopes. She did a beautiful job. I rarely see calligraphy on envelopes anymore and with how elegant our envelopes look, I can't imagine why. She was incredibly fast and her prices are so reasonable. She offered several styles of calligraphy for us to choose form and was able to match the ink to our wedding colors. She was a pleasure to deal with and kept us updated on her progress. After seeing our invitations, we plan to also have her do our place cards.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Michele Clark is! I contacted her late, about 4 months out from my wedding. She told me she was booked but asked me to check back, and when I did, she said she would fit me in! I was thrilled that she was willing to work with me. She is ridiculously fast at responding to emails and is always helpful and kind. Her prices absolutely cannot be beat! I got so many compliments on my invitations, her work is beautiful. She did my friends wedding the year before mine as well. Two thumbs up for Michele!!

Michele is an amazing calligrapher. She addressed my wedding invitations and place cards in a beautiful script that was both elegant and legible. Many of my guests commented on how lovely the envelopes were. I almost hated to mail them! Her prices are very reasonable and she had an astonishingly-fast turnaround time. I can't praise her enough.

I found Michele by recommendation from other brides. I was looking for my envelope sets to be done beautifully and not cost me what seems to be the going rate of $5 or so a set in the city. Michele did a beautiful job on my inner & outer envelopes as well as my placecards. She was also easy to work with and got everything done when she said she would – even though she was in the middle of moving at the time! I couldn’t have been happier with her and would suggest anyone looking for calligraphy that’s not outrageously priced hould definitely check her out. She sends samples of her writing styles by e-mail and you can meet with her in person on Staten Island or get things back and forth via mail.
