From the beginning of our photographer search, we knew didn't want the typical "wedding photographer". During our search for the perfect photographer for our wedding, we came across Michelle Jonne. Not only did we fall in love with her personally, but her photography style was exactly what we wanted. MIchelle welcomed us into her home to review what she had planned for our day and we were blown away. Luckily, we also had the added pleasure of meeting Manny Cabo, and had the priviledge of having him as our second photographer for our wedding. Michelle and Manny were also gracious enough to provide us with a Trash the Dress photoshoot prior to our wedding, allowing us to show our guests those amazing shots at the wedding for all to see. On our big day, Manny and Michelle were nothing short of incredible. They allowed us to have photos of our choosing to be taken, but the reason why we chose them was for their creative magic, so we felt more than trustworthy in letting them shoot the perfect shot all day long. We didn't just get back 1 perfect shot, we got back a thousand perfect shots, due to their creative genious and ability to work so closely with our friends and family, as if they were their own. Michelle Jonne Photographer was a dream come true! Not only was I incredibly lucky to find a photogrpher who was so flexible and accommodating at such short notice (I'd left it so late to book one), I was very fortunate to find one as talented as Michelle. She had such great insight as to what background would look good, positioning & making our entire party feel such at ease...she made it fun & the result was beautiful. The photos were so professional & Michelle catered to my every whim - & redesigned our whole album until I was satisfied with the finished product.

Michelle Jonne was exceptional! Her level of creativity and professionalism are oustanding! I was very nervous about posing for a full day of pictures, but Michelle made us feel so comfortable and really captured who we are as a couple. She made the entire photography experience not only easy, but fun. Her eye for spotting unique photo locations and opportunities is incredible. We could not be more thrilled with our photos and we have gotten so many compliments on them from our friends and family. At the end of a wedding day, all you have left is the pictures and we are so grateful we chose Michelle to save these memories for us.

Michelle is also incredibly dedicated to making her clients happy. We recently worked with her on developing our album and she was more than willing to accomodate any layout requests or photos we wanted included. I brought the album with me to work and I had a crowd around my desk in awe of the picture quality and unique layout - bear in mind I work with a bunch of photographers as well so they have an eye for good...

Michelle and her team were great. They made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. The pictures came out great, beautiful and artsy! We really think our pictures are among the best of what we've seen from our friends.

What an amazing experience! From our first meeting at an expo in NYC, to the day of the event, Michelle and Manny were nothing short of fabulous! We really loved working with them, they were professional but at the same time made us feel comfortable enough with them to joke around and feel natural in front of the camera. It was also an awesome experience for us to see how they work, always looking for a new angle or perspective as well as unique backgrounds/locations to capture amazing shots. Michelle shot our engagement, wedding day, and also TTD. We feel so lucky to have such amazing photos from this joyous time in our lives, and so much fun as well while taking them. Our friends and families also commented about how great they were on the day of the event, so kind and also fun. We are so happy with her product and will never forget our special day. There isn't any possible way that I can express my gratitude to Michelle Jonne Photography for their expertise, professionalism and outstanding quality photography in this review box but... I will try.
Let me start off by saying, that a quality photographer for my wedding was a top priority. It was of great importance that my photographers were gorgeous, but also not staged... or corny. I wanted a photographer that could truly capture the essence of my day, from beginning to end.
I just didn't know where to look to find this type of photographer. Almost every vendor I used for my wedding was someone that I knew personally or had received some sort of personal reference to find. I was very leery of choosing a photographer only based on their website and a handful of on-line reviews. Michelle's work and value was so outstanding... I simply thought she was too good to be true.
I went against my hesitations, and I decided to give her a chance. Michelle was receptive to my questions and concerns, so she invited me to her home to see samples of her work. I found her to not only be professional but very easy going and helpful.
My fiance and I decided she was the one for us. And well... she stayed with me throughout the entire wedding process. There was never a time that she denied her input, advise and she always has the best interest of her client in mind, instead of trying to flood them with expensive gimmicks and add-ons. Michelle only gave me what I asked for and needed.
Needless to say, I already had high expectations for my photographs. But when the pictures came out.. the responses I was flooded with?!... I know that my husband and I looked our best on our wedding day... but our photographs made us look flawless.
Every comment says the following: Your wedding photos look like they came out of a magazine shoot... and they're right, they do.
If you pick Michelle Jonne, you won't regret it. My only regret was not hiring her for more hours.

I must say that my wife and I felt compelled to write this review for the mere reason that our special day is one that will resonate in our mind and hearts forever and Michelle Jonne Photography captured every moment to uphold and support this statement. The doldrums of selecting a true artist to document our day was extinguished the moment we chose Michelle Jonne and her amazing staff. Not only did her photographs capture our most precious moments but they also captivated our hearts with some of the most awe inspiring images we could've ever wanted. I never met such a consummate, passionate and professional crew. She under promised and over delivered amazing images that told our entire story. Michelle and Manny went above and beyond any expectation we set and then some. Michelle Jonne Photography is the best investment we ever made and thanks to her we can reveisit our most precious moments as a couple for the rest of our lives. We can't thank you enough.

I waited a long time before getting married... i'm not a "traditional"
person, and when when it was time to have the wedding - we wanted a non "traditional" wedding. it extended from our personalities, to the wedding party, the venue, the vibe... the whole thing. Most of it seemed easy to plan because we did it ourselves, our way - but the photographer selection scared me because i needed it to fit the whole picture (pardon the pun). I am NOT a fan of cheesy, traditional wedding photos. i wanted pictures that reflected the day and who we are. somehow i had the luck of finding Michelle Jonne's website doing a search online. it was written in the star(fish). The second I saw her website i knew she was 'the one". her style is so unique and artistic, and the pictures were gorgeous - more like editorial in a magazine than wedding pics. on my first contact with her, i was even more convinced. she is down to earth, easy, and fun to work with. i am so in love with the pictures she took - they truly capture the fun and joy and love that filled us and the air on our wedding day. i am honestly a customer for life - every professional photo we ever need taken we will go to Michelle, and after hearing so many stories of photogs gone wrong - i am really grateful to have had such a perfect experience working with her. Thank you Michelle for giving us such beautiful memories to look at for the rest of our lives!

My husband and I couldn’t be happier with our choice to have Michelle as our wedding photographer. She is incredibly gifted and her photos definitely exceeded our expectations. She seemed to catch every moment of our wedding in amazing detail, and her retouching and colorization work is outstanding. I am usually uncomfortable being in front of a camera, but she had such a wonderful way of putting myself and everyone else at ease, which totally shows in our photos. Michelle was great with direction and had really fun and creative ideas to make our photos special and reflective of our personalities.
Her method was very professional and unobtrusive, but she also was great at wrangling us to make sure we took advantage of some fabulous opportunities for photos. I couldn't believe how quickly she got the images to us. I've had friends and family members tell me their breath was completely taken away after viewing our photos. Using Michelle Jonne as our photographer was one of the smartest decisions we made for our wedding. I can’t wait to do my Trash the Dress shoot with her!
