Mightyvites

I love Mighty Vites and will use them AGAIN and AGAIN (not for another wedding for me - ha ha! but for other parties and events for sure). We received the invitations in the mail yesterday and we were blown away by their style, class, beauty, perfection. We are so impressed with their elegance. Also, it makes it so easy to do our invites b/c they do everything themselves. Whenever I had a question, Stephanie responded immediately and helped me out. I would recommend Mighty Vites to anyone for any event!

The folks at Mightyvites were there with us from the beginning (creating our guest list) to end (getting our placecards made). Every step of the way, they were kind, helpful, professional, and provided customer service that I would rate a 200 out of 5 stars if WeddingWire let me! We liked that their system is modern yet traditional, environmentally conscious, unique, artistic, and - probably most important to many brides - exceptionally well-organized. They do all the tallying for you - no need to make piles of accepted and declined RSVPs, no need to track who wants what dinner option, and no need to field endless questions about directions, how to access online registries, hotel information, etc. It's all done for you, which is invaluable. I truly cannot recommend Mightyvites highly enough!

Mighty Vites was beyond compare. We absolutely love our Invitations, Save the Dates and website. Not only were they extremely professional and responsive, but they created custom Save The Dates without charging us design fees. They answered all our questions within a day at the latest. And the quality was top of the line. For all that we got, I cannot believe we did not pay more. Mighty Vites, Stephanie & Chris were more than we could have hoped for in an Invitation company.

MightyVites rocks! We wanted a one-stop, all-inclusive, wedding-invite site that could match our tastes and needs -- we had a list of about 200 invitees from all over the country and beyond, and very specific aesthetic preferences -- and MightyVites was it. Stephanie, the head designer, offers design templates or the option of custom design (we went with the latter), and her design of the website will tastefully match that of the hard-copy invitations, which MightyVites prints and mails out for you! The design schemes are fresh, eye-catching, and high quality. Definitely check out the samples at the site.
Each invitee, once they enter their personal access code (included on their invite) can RSVP at the site - super convenient. Here they can access maps, links (such as for lodgings or registry), and whatever else you choose to put up. Building your site and putting all this stuff in is really easy, and you can go back in at any time to revise or remove things, even after the invitations go out and people begin to access the site.
The MightyVites tech and design staff promptly responds to any questions or concerns, such as when we needed a little more space for text than was initially provided.
Another cool aspect is personal control over the invitee list and guest status. For people who receive the mailed invites and are not connected to the internet, or even for those guests who just want to respond in person or over the phone instead, you can easily log in to the site and change their RSVP status yourself and keep your headcount accurate.
Bottom line is that the combination of top-notch design, comprehensive service, and ease of setting up our site made MightyVites a big plus for our wedding. We'll definitely go back for ANY events that require invitations.
