I ordered two vehicles for my wedding (a party bus and a classic Bentley). They were dependable, prompt and on time. I will be honest and say that we were a rowdy bunch but our drivers were still cool about it and knew how to handle us. Everyone complimented us on how fantastic the ride was in the party bus. Not only that, but I contacted every limo company in our area and they gave me an awesome price!

Used Millenium Limo for our wedding and they were outstanding. The quality of customer service via telephone was outstanding from the very first hello. John’s professionalism and customer service was above and beyond the call of duty. As with most Weddings (I’m sure) we had to rearrange the schedule several times during the planning stage and Millenium Limo met every one of our needs. The driver promptness was great. They were early and very professional to every scheduled pick up or delivery. The overall experience with the entire Millenium Limo staff was outstanding and the quality of service for my Wedding was also outstanding. I am personally very satisfied with the service provided by Millenium Limo and I would recommend them for any occasion.

Our limo arrived exactly when it was supposed to. The driver was courteous and professional and was extremely helpful with getting the girls and their "beauty baggage" out of the car. Thank you for your help with making our day a success!

We just used Millenium Limo for our transportation from our reception venue to our hotel last weekend!! I am delighted to say that it was an amazing experience. My family and friends were FLOORED by everything from the car itself, the fun photo sessions with the car and wedding party, to the fancy driver -- who played the part, dressed head to toe -- no detail overlooked! I want to let you know about the wonderful service I experienced with you guys. Not only was Millennium the best price I found, but everyone I dealt with was wonderful from the person scheduling on the phone to our limo driver, Johana.

Johana was amazing to have as our limo driver. She was very accommodating to our every need and made sure that what I had asked was done. The limo was beautiful, clean and she arrived a half hour early which I really appreciated.

Two of the girls that were with our party asked for the number because they were impressed with her, too.

I will be using only Millennium for my future limo needs and will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Very professional and affordable. They gave us exactly what they promised and more. From the beginning their staff educated us on what to look for when shopping around. Their limousines were avaiable to be seen, and they had an office we could come to see if, they were the real deal. They were. When we did shop around most companies sounded like the person taking the reservation was the one driving and there was never a good time to see their limos, that definitly made me nervous. Millenium drivers were top notch well dressed and professional. Then there was the limos, amazing they looked brand new and shiny. The Rolls Royce(who by the way, they were the only ones who let me see they had it before i reserved it)was beauitiful. They are highly recommended and professional. Millenium is the Best! I was recommended to use them and I am so happy they directed me to them . Their Customer Service is amazing . They gave me ideas that I would never have thought of on my own. They offered a great deal for my bachelorette party!!! We got the Escalade, wow it was absolutely amazing. Talk about your bling bling!!! Lol. Well needless to say it was night of my life, of course until the the Wedding day! They also did my Husbands :o) Bachelor Party! He said that they had a blast too! I think she said that they went South Beach... Hmmm.. I guess I will not push the issue. Millenium also did our Wedding Day! They are Tried and True like the Wedding Channel says. lol.. We again used the Escalade , and also got one of their vintage cars. The car was beautiful, we got great pictures and the drivers were all decked out! Jacket, ties, Red Carpets, and all kinds of other stuff that simply made it perfect for a wedding day!!! I want to again Thank Millenium Limo for making our day perfect as well as our night! We used this service for my wedding and our driver Dante went above and beyond. From a rolled out carpet and champagne toast ready for us when we left the church, to wiping my bridesmaid's muddy heels off after we took pictures outside, even taking the initiative to put the boutonnieres on our groomsmen. He was amazing, and added so much to our already special day. I'll always be grateful for it!

We ordered their Classic Rolls Royce car, an Escalade and Chrysler 300 Limousine. All the vehicle showed up on time, all the colors were exactly what we wanted, they were clean, professional and overall beautiful.

Greetings Millenium Limo Company, You would be pleased to know that I have searched from coast (East) to coast (West) for the last (8) months for a limousine company. A wedding is a very special day and for that special day, you only want the very best; from the wedding dress, cake, caterer, disc jockey and everything else that would make the day a memorable one. My quest began in the South Florida area (Ft. Lauderdale, Miami). It was at that time that I first learned of Millenium Limo. I wrote the name Millenium Limo in my tablet along with a couple other limousine companies that would be later researched. After months of review readings and speaking with different people from those areas, I quickly eliminated all of the limousine companies with the exception of Millenium Limo. I then decided to search farther north from Boca Raton to Jupiter. Again, after months of review readings and speaking with different people from those areas, I quickly eliminated all of the limousine companies in that area. This one company from Broward County area did not have many reviews, however, they were later eliminated due to their unavailability. I guess I am a little old fashioned but hearing a live voice on the other end of the phone means a great deal to me. If a company is so large or so busy that they can't have a live person available to answer the phone during business hours, then the company is to large to care about making my big day a truly special one. Therefore, this company was eliminated and I went back to that tablet with the name of the company ("Millenium Limo") that was still holding the #1 spot. I studied the reviews once again, this time more carefully than the first and was pleased with the comments customers had left about their experience. I spoke with a reputable event planner from the area whom opinion means a lot to me, about Millenium Limo. Without hesitation she stated, "Millenium Limo is the best. Their drivers are very professional and they are always prompt. Their vehicles are always nice and clean". This was enough said to me, she answered all of my questions before I could ask them. I chose the very best company to take part in my special day. I made the call to the #1 limousine company, a company that is everything that I am looking for. The representative was very patient (I had a million questions) and professional. Millenium Limo came recommended to us, and everyone else we used seem to know them by their great service. The office staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. The Limos were gorgeous and exactly what we what we wanted. We went to see them prior to our date at their office and they showed us all the limos we ordered. Their Classic Rolls Royce is beautiful and I also recommend that to all brides. The drivers were professional and friendly as well as dressed very nice. They did an excellent job and we will recommend them to everyone for any occasion.

Wow, is the one word that summed up the service we had. This company is amazing, they are the only one that contacted us right away when we started our search for service. They were so organized and knew exactly what we wanted and gave us the best ways to make our night perfect. Millenium Limo;s office staff is very helpful. The Limo...AMAZING! It was just like they described, they walked me through their website and showed me pictures of the Limo we were getting. We chose the Sobe Escalade. Great service! Called before to verify location and time. Was there on time and waited since I was a little behind. I'd recommend them and use them again myself. The price was great, limo was clean and driver was professional.

On Time, Perfect Cost and Always ready to Help! I felt bad that I was running last all the time but the driver bent over backward to accommodate me! The best experience was to and from the honeymoon (we book transport to the airport, HIGHLY Recommend). We booked a normal town car but we were upgraded to a limo both ways which was useful with all the gifts. They allowed us to make whatever stops were needed and for however long. Amazing drivers, amazing staff, just a GREAT company that I would work with all over again!

One thing we did do is overbooked them which you should do if you booking ANY limo company! Really happy with this company!

We just got back from our Honeymoon, and I had to Thank a few of the people that made our day so Great! We used Millenium Limo for our Bachlor, Bachlorette, rehersel dinner and of coruse our wedding. Not one problem! I heard nightmare stories about limo companies not showing or the wrong limo. We choosed Millenium from a reconmendation from a friend and they exceeded our expectations by far!!! They showed up on early every time to every part of our events. We choosed different limos for each event and every time was exactly what we asked for. Their prices were very reasonable and their office staff is incredible, they were very patent and accomidating to all my changes. The drivers for all our functions were well dressed and very professional. I will tell everyone I know and hope who ever read this to count on Millenium limo for your limo company, you can definitely count them.

Millenium was great, i was worried from the other review, so i went to go see for myself before booking with them since their prices were more then resonable and they seemed to have the limos i wanted. Their Rolls was beautiful, it looked like they kept it in a showroom. The Escalades were gorgeous. They showed up on time with the vehicles promised and gave me and my new husband a great experience. They gave us everything they offered and more. I highly recommend them to others. So it seems by reading the other reviews that it is hit or miss working with this company.
I contacted Millenium Limo about a month before the wedding, I spoke to Steve, I had a large bridal party so I needed the Escalade Limo. I called around and Millenium had the best quote. Steve was very helpful, very professional. I called to confirm the day before and they were right on time for the wedding. The limo was very clean, air worked just fine.
We made a few extra stops and our driver did not mind, we got to the reception right on time.
I was very happy with our level of service.

I think it depends on who you get as your driver.

My cousin was married recently and hired Millenium for their transporation, the limo was very nice and they were also on time, however the driver was very rude and difficult to work with. So like I said seems to be hit or miss.

We had a wonderful time and the limo was perfect! Thank you for making our wedding day that much more special. We are really happy.

Millineum was on time and prompt in picking everyone up. They were also very flexible with the stopping at different places along the way and acted professional at all times. The had the limo stocked with drinks and champagne. We will definitely use them again in the near future.

We recently used Millenium Limo service. We couldn't be happier with this. The driver was very friendly. It was the best limo ride we have ever had at an outstanding price!

I got a good deal for this limo company through my tuxedo rental shop. I was going to go with them anyways and when I was able to get a discount from the shop it was a done deal.

The only problem I had with that was that prior to the wedding day I called three times to give them the pick up address and location drop off and three times they told me they did not have it and I had to give it to them. I even had the tuxedo shop AND my planner call them to give them the directions and they still could not seem to save it. Then, on the day of the wedding, the limo driver called me to ask me where to pick me up! I could not believe it.

Nonetheless, the limo looked beautiful and after the initial incident everything worked out great. We had the white escalade and it was great. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Great prices and service. Driver was very professional and got us to the wedding on time! 3 stars for responsiveness because they didn't send me the contract until 3 days before the wedding even though I kept asking for it.

It was a small, simple wedding...but a really big, bad a-s, super duper stretch limo that picked us up at the airport to start our wedding off the RIGHT way! My phenomenal husband ordered a bottle of Champaign for the ride to our hotel. Our limo driver, indulged us as we posed for pictures ALL OVER the limo in my "Sexy Little Bride" tank with our glasses of champagne! Talk about putting the joy back in traveling! On our ride back as Mr. and Mrs. we could not resist inviting our TEN other guests to join us inside our awesome disco lights limo to shuttle them up to the golf club on our way to the airport. My G-d that limo was like a amazing car!!! We got to show off our fabulous ride to everyone and we paid less (with champagne) than a shared bus shuttle from our resort. I wish more people in our wedding party had listened to us and booked with them because we were DELIGHTED!

Millenium Limo offered me an excellent service, they got to my hotel on-time my only concern is that the driver got lost on my way from the Hotel to the Church and my bridesmaids had to guided him on how to get there. Because of that I got to the ceremony 15 min late. But after that everything else was fine. Just make sure you get a driver that is from the area.

I was happy with the service provided by Millenium Limos. I did have a couple of issues however. We were supposed to have a black stretch Escalade and a white Rolls Royce. However, we had a cream Escalade. Also, we were supposed to have a wedding package which included Champagne and a Just Married sign, which weren't crucial, but didn't happen. Also, our driver was a bit difficult to communicate with because he didn't speak english and we don't speak Spanish so if he had any questions or we did our Photographer had to translate.

All minor issues however. The service otherwise was great and they were on time and very helpful with my dress in the rain.

They were in one word...AMAZING! When we originally started planning we didn't want to go over 1500. We went from limo place to limo place all by appt....which was difficult because we lived in MD so many places couldn’t see us or spend too much time with us. We found them because my Father in Law owns a house near by. So with nothing to lose we called them around 7pm and actually got a human being. Heath was so great he met with us at 9pm! He never rushed us; he took his time to show us the different vehicles, and treated us like we were old friends. Needless to say by the end (we were there till 11pm) I was so comfortable and very impressed by him and the vehicles (which are actually always kept in a huge lot) that we reserved that night! In those two hours I felt they were totally worth the cost. .Fast forward to the wedding day, they showed up early to pick up the groom. I was so relieved because that's the one thing i was terribly worried about being late. We rented out the classic Rolls Ro

I would have to say that I was not thrilled with Millennium Limo. They arrived on time and the limo was clean, but it wasn't the limo I picked out, and I was very specific with them about the style I wanted. They said it wasn't a problem, and given the cost I would hope not, but they didn't follow through. They are very laid back about customer service, I had to hound them a bit for a contract.

They did show up though, they were timely, they were cool on the phone, and they didn't rip me off, and that's better than what other people have experienced with other limo companies. You can trust them, and if you aren't too wrapped up in details then you should be happy with them.

We rented a limo and a vintage car. The vintage car was beautiful outside, but needed a little attention inside--it may have just been the age of the car. We were worried it was going to break down, but it did not and it was a very stylish way to arrive. Not to mention that our driver was fantastic. Very accommodating and nice. Our limo was a different story. I ordered a Lincoln and they sent a Chrysler with rims and lights...not appropriate for our black tie wedding. Also, they must of had a gaggle of strippers in there the night before because there was glitter everywhere. On the way back to the venue from the church, the driver took the wrong turn and the limo arrived 15 minutes after our car did even though we left before hand. They were timely, but they called me instead of my planner and insisted on getting an imprint of our card and seeing my husband's driver's license. These are things they should have taken care of beforehand. That being said, they are competitively priced.

I have mixed reviews for this company. We wanted to use a vintage luxury car for our wedding and Millenium had a nice selection to choose from. We rented a black/silver vintage Rolls Royce. Unfortunately, the car we picked wasn’t the car that picked me up on my wedding day; they sent a white Rolls Royce. I was told the one we originally wanted was still being used for an event that was booked earlier in the day. I was disappointed that I didn't get the car I wanted, however, the back up car they sent was nice. The driver was professional dressed and very sweet.

You have to make sure to go to the parking lot of these liomos to ensure that the limo you get is in top shape. They hav ea wode variety of limos, but the insides are not all pristine.

The limo we recieved was nice, but the driver was not the friendliest. I had to leave the begninning of my ceremony to sign the payment sheet, they were unwilling to wait until the end. This was annoying.

I got married 3 weeks ago and all my vendors were great except for Millenium Limo. The Rolls Royce I asked for broke down and I had to wait 45 min in the lobby of my hotel CRYING!! Everyone stared at me because I looked so upset and they felt bad. They finally arrived with another Limo (not what I asked for) and I arrived to my ceremony 30 minutes late which really sucked because I was only allowed to take maybe 5 pictures because there was a wedding after ours. To make it worse our Limo driver wouldnt start driving to our reception until we gave him our credit card for payment, after everything they should have waited- not demanded it the moment we just got married. Very unprofessional. Luckily this was the only issue I had on my wedding day, they still charged us and I never got an apology. Good thing they dont do flowers or anything more important. Beware!!! I would not recommend to anyone.

I was extremely dissapointed in Millenium Limo. Had I known of Weddingwire.com prior to hiring them, I never would have based on seeing other reviews of their service. The limo with the groom and groomsmen got lost going to the church on the day of the wedding. Actually, I should start with the rehearsal dinner where the driver got so lost and made us so late that the priest actually had to go becuase he had a previous engagement. The driver refused to let us out in front of the church and drove around for 5 minutes looking for a parking spot for the stretch hummer limo. Now, on the day of the wedding - the limo that took the men got lost, went to a wharehouse and said "we're here". Obviously, they were not, and it was obnoxious a limo driver with a car full of men in tuxes would even suggest that. The limo also had no air conditioning! The vintage Bentley my father and I drove in had light air, but nothing adequate considering the weight of my gown and my father's tux. We were both warm. There was no power steering, which is fine, but it took forever to turn. As well, the driver had to go around the block because the men were still arriving at the church, which was Millenium's fault and when we got back to the Ritz for the reception, followed me INTO the hotel requesting more payment. Luckily, my coordinator from the Ritz was there and handled this disgraceful blunder on my behalf. I would NEVER EVER reccomend this company. I was fortunately a very easy going day-of bride, but I could easily see how the lack of professionalism by this company could set someone off and ruin a night. As well, the signage promised was not on the car after the ceremony and there was no pomp and circumstance what-so-ever with the car other than it being a nice old car.

Millenium limo is the only vendor that I had problems with the day of my wedding. They sent me the wrong limousines and then when I called them about it, they were rude and hung up on my face. The sales person I dealt with was Oscar. I could not really tell them how I felt because I still needed them to take my bridal party to our destination. Therefore, I was not rude to them at all. Some of the AC vents were not even working in one of our limos. Some of my girls had to make adjustments in their dresses while we were driving because we were so hot.

The supervisor said that the previous event is running late & their wasn't anything he could do. I told him that his issues with other customers should have nothing to do with my event. When making resevations they should account for this.

I asked if I would receive the difference in price for the limos back or some type of compensation. He said no. That's when he hung up on me.

I also actually went to the company to look at the limos b4 i booked them 3 months b4 my wedding. The limos that i saw then were not the limos they used for my wedding. They outsourced another company called starlite.I would definitely not recommend this company...

If I could go back I would have not chosen this limo company for my wedding. First off, the only reason I knew the limo arrived is because my sister in law went down stairs and saw that they were here. Later on, I found I text message from the limo driver that he was down stairs. We got in the limo and it was about 80 degress inside and the entire limo was filthy inside. The air vents were popping out of the wall inside the limo. When we put the air on, the driver told us to not put it on high because the limo might over heat. I was praying the entire ride to my venue that I would make it there.

I must say, the overwhelming positive reviews for this company strike me as dubious. There seems to have been a sharp shift in reviewer's tones from the earliest to the more recent. And based on my experience with Millennium Limo, I don't hesitate to charge that they may be playing the system here and stuffing the ballot with 5-star reviews. Again, if my experience is any indication, and the previous horrendous reviews are any indication, there is no way in a post-dark age world that this company has finally seen the light.

I booked a limo for my wedding day over the phone with a dispatcher named Omar. I had originally called another limousine vendor while searching for a "tuxedo" limousine. I was told, to that vendor's credit, that they no longer had a "tuxedo"-styled limo, but Millennium Limo carried one. So I hopped onto Millennium Limo's website and found the limo I was looking for. While booking the date with this Omar, I asked him to confirm that the Limo I was requesting would be as seen on their website. He said yes. Ok, I thought. But what of a contract, any money down? Omar said no need. He gave me a secondary number at which to contact him the day of my wedding. This put my mind at ease.

Wedding day comes along and I call the number I was given. No answer. I proceeded to contact Millennium Limo's offices. The gentleman who picked up took a moment to establish that I had indeed reserved a limo and said a driver would be on his way. A short while later I received a call telling me my driver's name is Moss or Mason and to expect a call upon his arrival at the pick up address. On getting Moss/Mason's call, I sent my best man to pay him, as Omar had instructed me during our original conversation. Moss/Mason did not collect the payment upfront, for whatever reason, and my bride eventually emerged from the pickup location and boarded the limousine with her bridesmaids. At this point they were running late and I was already gone to the church.

Upon the ceremony's conclusion, I stepped out of the church to see a dated Chrysler limousine awaiting us. It was the wrong limo! My best man hadn't known the limo I requested, and my bride was too busy worrying about being late to have cared that it was not the limo I had described to her. On boarding the vehicle I promptly called Millennium Limo again. I asked to speak with Omar. When I questioned why I was sitting in the wrong limousine, he became indignant. He first said that I was in fact in the correct limo. I pulled up the website on my smartphone and corrected him. He then changed gears and said the limousine I requested was at another wedding and they only had the older Chrysler to send. I told him I did not compute how that was at all ok, sending me the wrong limousine on MY WEDDING DAY and essentially telling me to deal with it. Rather than offering even a token apology he told me Millennium had done enough, as I was in a Limo after all. Frustrated, I hung up.

When we arrived at the reception site, I informed Moss/Mason that this was the wrong limousine and I would be paying him accordingly: the price of the dated Chryslers on the Millennium Limo website. He refused to take any payment short of the full amount. I politely explained to him I was unable to countenance paying for something that I never received - and not to mention the limousine hadn't been vacuumed and had a red cup on the carpet floor. Moss/Mason proceeded to call me cheap, threaten to inform my guests, and call the police. I was perfectly willing to have him do all three, as I was at my wits end with such miserable, disrespectful and dishonest service. But my best man intervened and paid him. To my chagrin.

It is unfortunate that a company like Millennium Limo would have no conscience about ruining a day as important as your wedding day. And that a driver could be so vile and wretched in talking to a client addressing him respectfully. I can not recommend Millennium Limo to anyone seeking a stress free limousine experience for their wedding day. Do your homework, get a contract and AVOID Millennium Limo.
