Unprofessional, doesnt care about customers, horrible company. Wanted to rent a booth for my daughters wedding. After weeks of trying to get a hold of someone, they told me they were on vacation. Little do these people know, my husband knows someone at Million Grins and they were not on vacation. Also, I'm confused. This company was on Groupon a month or two ago and a 3 hour rental was normally not that expensive. Normally $1200 for 3 hours?!?! They raised their prices to make you think you're getting a deal. Bad move Million Grins.....

Horrible company! Nobody ever returned my calls. Way to pricey and not happy with service. Going with a different company next time-sorry!

Very disappointed in the amount of time it took for someone to respond to my questions. Waited until the week before the wedding to design the strip.

Million Grins was the best part of our wedding! We had looked at other photobooths and none of them had the same quality of pictures and they actually had authentic photobooths. Their DJ played great music throughout the night and had everyone on their feet.

We were happy with the overall results. We did have some issues getting our CD at the end but they took care of it as soon as they could!

Best photo booth I have seen at any wedding! The photos were customized to us and looked amazing!

Use of the photo booth itself went very well & the pics from it are great size & quality. Our main issue was the problems with the vendor. He was very difficult to contact after booking, and after repeated attempts, took several days to return calls. Additional issues were:upon originally booking he said he could customize the background to match our invitation (which he wanted to charge for later) and package was to include a magazine of our favorite pictures. When we selected the pics we were told only a small amount was free, extras would cost more. Additional fees were waived after complaining of these issues.

I looked at many different photobooth vendors and Million Grins was a little on the pricey side but I feel the quality of the picture and the options of things that we could put on the picture was by far the nicest I've seen from going to other weddings and seeing other photobooths. Just showing you get what you pay for. My 4 on the responsiveness was due to I was emailing/calling a few weeks before my wedding and wasn't hearing back but I guess they were on vacation, maybe some sort of out of office reply would have been helpful. Other than that I was very happy with Million Grins and it was a huge success at my wedding. I would definately use them again!

Chad is one of the most professional, reliable and trustworthy vendors I have ever worked with. In regards to my wedding, he made the event memorable and extremely entertaining for all my guests! The photo booth was a tremendous hit and I plan to use him for other events in the future. Highly recommend to all!!!
