Minerva's Bridal Suite

I returned to this store numerous times to try on my gown before i purchased it. The employees there were great to work with. I had a screaming baby and a stroller along with a dressing room full of gowns and the people there were so patient and wonderful to work with. I would defiently go here again for any formal attire.
5 stars for customer service!

At first I wasn’t too thrilled with Minerva and her staff. Mainly because she hides the real designer tags, so you can’t price compare. I think it’ s wrong, but totally understand where she’s coming from. All in all her staff was very helpful, and knew my name each time I came into the shop. They did a great job altering my dress, and made sure that my dress was wrinkle free for the big day!

I got a wonderful Sophia Tolli bridal gown from Minerva's Bridal Suite. The bridal gown was simply amazing. I went in and they really put a lot of time into making sure I was happy their services and they really showed me around. I tried on many bridal gowns but it did not take long at all for me to find my Sophia Tolli bridal gown that I had to have. I was really happy about the whole experience I had with them as they are really good place to go.

My experience at Minerva's was pretty good overall, but I have to admit that I expected better customer service from them since I was spending so much on my gown. They also treated me differently (less courteous) once I told them I was getting my alterations done by someone else. I would still go there again, but I think they could work on their customer service skills.

Minerva is wonderful. Even if she doesn't have a dress that you like in stock. She will find one for you. Promise.

I was relieved to finally visit Minerva's after visiting eight bridal shops in Central Florida. There selection of wedding gowns is very tasteful and their service is excellent. My wedding dress will arrive in four months instead of the six months it takes other bridal shops to receive the dress. So far I am very impressed with the quality and beauty of Minerva's dresses and professionalism. I give them four stars only because I have not completed my business relationship with them.

I like minerva's beautifal gowns ( i bought my wedding dress there) They are a little expensive though! But they were very helpful throughout my process

On the first visit my sales associate didn't seem to happy that I wanted to try on as many styles as possible...isn't that the point? I found the perfect gown after several tries. I then came back another day to try it on again to make sure and to purchase it. I thought it was a reasonable price and the lady I spoke with that day was friendly. I paid half down non refundable to have it ordered and was told they would call me as soon as they got a delivery date. They never called I had to call them. Then I was told they would call when it had been shipped, they didn't call. So I called around the time they said to expect a call. The gentleman this call said oh yes it shipped out 3 days ago and should be here tomorrow, we'll call you. You guessed it no call. I waited a week and called. It had been there for 4 days. I am frustrated that I am paying a good amount of money and I am having to keep calling them for updates. I think they should be calling me. I have not gone for the fittings yet I plan to wait until after the holidays. ;o)

We bought my daughters wedding dress here and I am one of the Pastors at Discovery Church right down the road from them. They did a great job and the prices were good too. Pastor Kirk Bane
