I just wanted to let you know that we received so many favorable comments about the harp, cello and violin music last night. We have never had professional musicians at our annual dinner party and it truly made for a special evening. I especially appreciate your willingness to provide some upbeat songs for dancing. We've never had a dance floor and we we weren't sure how it would turn out. I think the ones that wanted to dance got their chance and everyone was pleased with how things turned out.

John Williamson was our officiant for our wedding. He was PERFECT and we are so blessed to have met such a wonderful spirit. His dedication to get to know you personally and to share wisdom with you was greatly appreciated by us and we will never forget the advice given. Wow; where do I begin... 4 Romantic Weddings and Margaret Atkinson are amazing, and it was a great joy to have them involved in our special day! Margaret is a beautiful harpist who came highly recommended by our vendor. She has a sophisticated Bose sound and wireless microphone system that provided great touches to the ambiance of our ceremony, which was held at an atrium with gorgeous fountains.We had a very specific song (i.e. Golden by Chrisette Michele) that we wanted Margaret to play during the bridal processional. It was impossible to find the needed sheet music, but Margaret in all of her lovely grace and infinite helpfulness worked with us and made a connection that resulted in the writing of the sheet music. At last, the final and most important element of our day was made possible!Another beautiful touch was the sand/salt ceremony that we performed during the wedding. Margaret was instrumental in this element as we purchased a heart-shaped, monogrammed ceremony kit from 4 Romantic Weddings, and worked extensively with Margaret to detail out the musical selection. We wanted something different than the traditional unity candle ceremony. Margaret played a fitting piece during this time, and she and our officiant made it extremely special and unforgettable.I would absolutely recommend 4 Romantic Weddings to any couple, but especially those who prefer an unmatched element of uniqueness for their special day. The level of service and professionalism we received was superb and very much appreciated during what is typically an extremely stressful time. As the wedding coordinator, the bride was on a bit of a budget. Margaret's students provided exactly what the bride needed at a wonderful value. Leading up to the wedding, Margaret was able to ensure that the cellist and the harpist could play the desired 5 songs for the wedding ceremony. At their request, they came to the rehearsal to practice the timing. This was very much appreciated. On the day of the wedding they were arrived in a timely manner, well-dressed and were very professional. Their music performances were fantastic! The sound was perfect for each program. The bride/groom and guests enjoyed it all very much.

I was so fortunate to find Margaret (harpist) and Keith (trumpet) on line! Selections were made from her play list and discussed with her on several occasions by telephone. Initially, I selected songs performed by Margaret and her beautiful harp only for the prelude, then asked if she'd play softly during the actual ceremony. She was very willing and it added so much to the ceremony. She and Keith played numerous songs together and the combination is AWESOME!!!! I had planned only two songs with the harp and trumpet together. After hearing them warming up prior to the ceremony, I approached them and told them to play together all they wanted as it was spectacular. So many people told me it was magical. The ceremony was very special and I have no reservations giving them the highest recommendation. Would use their services again in a heartbeat! Our venue was The City Club in beautiful Sundance Square downtown Fort Worth. The groom said they set the tone for the entire evening, which was nothing short of spectacular!

We really wanted to set the mood at the cocktail hour and during dinner.. something a DJ couldn't provide. Having someone play the harp was our choice. Margaret Atkinson was the musician we chose. When my husband and I first met with Robert and Margaret regarding officiant services for our wedding this March, we felt as though we had known them for years. We both had such a warm feeling just sitting and talking with them. They are both very professional, and obviously knowledgable with years of experience in helping brides and grooms prepare for their special day. We had a lot of questions about the ceremony during our meeting, and they were happy to answer them all, even encouraging us to continue asking questions, regardless of how trivial we thought they might be. They charged what is a very reasonable rate for their services, as I had been checking throughout north Texas, and found their prices to be the best! They did have several different officiants and were careful to help us find an officiant that fit our personalities, we thought that this was a very unique aspect to their services. We even had the opportunity to hear Margaret play the harp while at our meeting, and THAT is a whole other wonderful story! She is absolutely amazing, her playing will give you goosebumps and maybe even bring tears to your eyes, it did ours.The ceremony was absolutely beautiful! We really wanted a live instrument versus choosing to use an IPOD or DJ, as it was really just a personal preference. I have always had a soft spot for certain instruments, such as the piano or violin, but did not have a lot of experience with the harp and how beautiful the instrument really is. While meeting Margaret and Robert for officiant services, I began to ask some questions about the harp and how long she had been playing it. She has a very impressive background and experience with playing musical instruments. She offered to play for us to give us an idea as to how it sounds. We had an extremely limited budget so Margaret recommended a couple of her students to us. She chose two young ladies, a hapist and a cellist, to perform for us at the wedding and they did a beautiful job! Not only were they lovely, professional, and extremely talented but they were very dedicated as well. We showed up to the venue three hours before the ceremony to decorate and take pictures and they were already there practicing. Their music made my ceremony every bit as elegant as I hoped! Margaret is most delightful and extremely talented playing the harp - she has two harps which was very helpful with our wedding as she played at the church as well as at our reception which was at another location. Keith did an amazing job as the trumpeter--he and Margaret worked well together--both added the perfect touch and we, as well as our guests were in awe...we will be forever grateful for the beautiful music they provided in helping to make such an enchanting evening!

The harp and cello music was so amazing. I received so many compliments from my guests. I hired Margarette after listening to her play at a bridal show and I fell in love with the angelic sounding music she creates with the harp. Margaret played the harp sooo beautifully. It was angelic. She's great at timing it also, for example when we did our first kiss. It sounded great on our video. :) The price is pretty reasonable too. She also found us an officiant. We had to change the officiant at the last minute to Rev. John D. Williamson, but it all worked out great.

Margaret Atkinson did an exceptional performance at my Wedding. We had the ceremony in the gardens at Marie Gabrielle, and her harp music complemented the romantic atmosphere perfectly. She was able to perform every song I requested, and the suggestions she made for other songs were spot on. Her harp hooked up to a sound system, so it was easily audible as well. Christopher Chamberlain with Top5 Productions videoed our wedding, and I ended up treasuring my video even more than my still photos. The attention Christopher pays to detail is phoenomenal; he even went so far as to noticing the type of music we preferred at our wedding, then put that same music in our video to personalize it! With his superb editing skills and pacing techniques, we were able to relive the joy and excitement of our big day all over again (this time without the nerves)! He captured the sentiment of the day exactly, and was able to utilize the difficult lighting situations to the max (our wedding was an outside-evening ceremony, set in a castle). He even scouted out the venue to ensure that he had the right shots and equiptment before the wedding day! I feel supreme confidence in recommending Christopher and Top5 Productions for anyone who wants a professional-grade wedding video, made by someone who is nothing but professional.We also used Margaret as our harpist, and once again had a great experience on our big day. Margaret was awesome! I called her needing an officiant and she went above and beyone and helped me plan my ceremony. I planned on doing the Unity Candle thing... But she started asking questions about kids and when she found out we were blending families she recommended the sand ceremony. Top 5 Productions with Christopher Chamberlain does exceptional work. Not only was he very professional but his video captured all of the moments I needed. He even incorporated the customized wedding invitation design on the video cover. I liked how he used my key chosen music in the video as well as location lead-ins to set the stage for the ceremony/reception. Christopher was flexible enough to travel to another party location to get additional requested footage too. He was responsive to my requests and the value for the cost was really great. My wedding party & I looked fantastic in the video. I would definitely use him again.

It was extremely easy to work with Margaret. She allowed us to come to her home and listen to some of her music. She played beautifully during the ceremony and worked well with our planner to make sure I had the ceremony of my dreams.

He provided a very nice ceremony that we loved.Our Officiant was great. He made sure the entire ceremony was all we wanted to be. He made it personal. It wasn't just another ceremony. We do highly recommend him.

Great Price

We felt like we had to compromise a bit with this officiant. We specifically requested a non-religious ceremony, as advertised on their website, but met with resistance every time we spoke about this. In the end we agreed to what we thought was a compromise to be respectful to the religious members of our families: a short non-denominational prayer or moment of silence. What ended up happening was references to Jesus and a lot of "Amen"s throughout the ceremony.We also pieced together our own ceremony based on the 2 samples provided on the website. Unfortunately this was not a simple discussion either. Rather than agree to read it as written, the officiant provided his own edits and interjections, and again, much resistance to the fact that we weren't doing any add-ons such as rose ceremony or unity candle.

I was not pleased with 4 Romantic Weddings. I found it very difficult to reach them and to get questions answered. Prior to the wedding I was very curious about the schedule of the ceremony and when to do the unity candle and when people would walk etc. (We hadn't been to a wedding before & needed to be able to run the rehersal.). Margaret just informed me that I could read the scripts on their website and offered no answers to my specific questions. I also wanted to meet with her to finalize details since we had met her once before a year prior. I wanted to hear the song she said she would learn for us, find out the names of the other songs that would play so we could burn them to CD for the rehearsal, and I wanted to go over what the minister would say. She was not open to meeting even though I gave her many dates and times I could meet for at least a month. At one point I emailed her and she never wrote me back. I had to send a follow up email reminding her that she never responded to my email. I ended up giving up on getting answers from them. We scoured the internet on our own on how the ceremony should go and what events went where. I just cut and pasted an entire ceremony program from different ones I found on the internet and sent it to them. She got in touch with me days before the wedding and asked if I still wanted to meet. I was angry she wanted to meet days before the wedding when I had been trying for a month before to set something up. I knew the days before the wedding would be insane, (I was wrapping up teaching & finishing last minute wedding details) that was why I tried wrapping things up in advance. We never met again until at the wedding. The day of the officiate (Mr. Atkinson) kept coming into my dressing room, 2 or 3 times. I'm holding up a dress to my chest with the back corset totally undone, we let him in because we were running behind on being dressed & he had something important to ask evidently. He came in to ask me questions and to tell me he was going to change the script I had sent him because he usually adds more to the beginning. I was upset he didn't read the script ahead of time and didn't inform me of this prior to the day of in my bridal dressing room. Then the harpist had questions about when I wanted a certain song to play. A song I didn't know was being played and again something that should have been covered on her part prior to the start of the wedding. During the ceremony the officiate started by saying my name wrong. Something he should have verified before the wedding. My fiancé had to correct him up at the alter during the ceremony. The officiate and harpist didn't time things together. After the unity candle the song should have played but instead the officiate started talking. You couldn't hear him over the harp. He shot her a look to stop playing but I guess she didn't see him so she kept playing while he talked. I could barely hear the officiate so I know no one else could hear. I was disappointed. I would have gotten a new harpist and officiate if i had the time but there wasn't enough time so I just went with it and hoped it would work out. After the wedding I was still left feeling disappointed.
