MPLS Farmer's Market is the way to go if you're a do-it-yourselfer! I loved how I was able to customize my own bouquets and get the simply, casual look I wanted for a cheap price. Since all the work is done by you, be sure to bring along someone who knows at least a little something about flower arranging... don't forget to bring your own buckets, vases, stem cutting equipment, and a rag to wipe down your work surface. Best deal if you like to work on your own projects!!
We did our own floral arrangements and are so glad we did. We bought flowers wholesale from the farmers market and arranged them the day before the wedding. We ended up spending about $500 for the entire wedding flowers ( 5 bridesmaids bouquet’s, mine, 10 bouts, parents and grandparents flowers and about 30 centerpieces) I am so happy that we were able to be so hands on because the finished product was so much more meaningful and well worth the time spent! I can’t wait to do my sister’s wedding!!
An exceptional place to get your flowers and decorations. We got our's here and the flower guy was especially helpful. We shop there nearly every weekend during the summer for fresh food. Even if we don't need anything, it makes for aq fun hour or two to look around. Great for plants in the spring.
