I was very impressed with the flowers for our wedding. The centerpieces I had imagined were a bit more low-key, primarily orange carnations in a blue chinese food box, and they created these huge, dense, bright arrangements in the boxes at a very reasonable cost. Paul was great at explaining the difference in options, talking me out of tulips due to the time of year and suggesting alternatives like snapdragons. I had a great variety of flowers in my color (orange), and he was thrilled to put my favorite in every arrangement (carnations). I met with Paul three times, he was very accomodating, especially when the final billing confused me (they don't actually cash the deposit until after the service is performed, and then they have to add tax to it, odd). However, everything exceeded my expectations, even though the estimate was about $200 less than the final cost (I did admittedly change numbers and things around two or three times). Easy to work with, local family company, great results.
I wasn’t too sure if the florist was in sync with the vision we had for our wedding, but they came through in the end. They became more familiar with our style. This is because we were able to bring in samples and pictures of our favorite flowers. It was important to us that our florist didn’t work on commission because greed will take over and this wasn’t the case. We were pleased overall.
