Tim was excellent and very professional. He came to my house twice to make sure that we had everything in order for the ceremony and reception song selections. Tim made sure everything ran smoothly from dinnertime to the toasts to the dances. I was very pleased with him and his services for my ceremony and reception.

Dave Rodgers is an extremly pleasant person to work with. He has a great website and great planning tools too. He will make sure that your day goes great and will be the BEST part of your wedding!! I've had him for two family weddings and he is wonderful! Has a great selection of music and is willing to accomodate any requests you have.

Dave Rodgers and his crew were a breeze to work with! They were very attentive to the type of music that was played based on the crowd we had. Dave was great in helping the whole night flow and making sure we didn't have to stress.

Dave is the perfect DJ. He had all the music we requested for our ceremony and reception. He is very informational, NOT CHEESY, he took his responsibility to keep our event going very seriously...I highly recommend him for any event your put on!

Dave is an awesome DJ! He is willing to work with you no matter the request! He has his head on his shoulders and always keeps the party moving! He read lips very well so if you mouth something across the room like I did, "next song" he's on it! :-) great guy with tons of experience! Highly recommend!!

We were extremely happy with Dave as the DJ for our wedding. He was very professional and had a calm about him that put us at ease. We met with Dave before the wedding to talk about what we wanted for our wedding and Dave made sure it all happened. We highly recommend Mobile Sound Productions.

You will receive top-quality service, professional music and L.E.D. lighting systems, and a variety of music, played in a classy, professional manner. Dave has nearly 25 years of on-air radio personality experience, as well as 28+ years in the mobile enterainment industry.

We are not the cheapest DJ service out there. In post wedding surveys, 85% of brides said they would have spent MORE on their DJ if they had known how extremely important it was to the overall success of their event. What ceremony music arrangements can you provide?

What is your usual attire?

We set up in MSP polo shirts and slacks, then we will change into our full tuxedos.

Do you offer live sample performances or CDs?

Yes, or you can view the video on this website or at www.weddingmusicman.com

How much time do you usually need for setup?

Approximately 30 minutes.

How much space do you usually require?

All that needs to be provided is two chairs and approximately 8 feet for our set up.

Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?

No travel fee if in the Fresno/Visalia area.

What music genres are in your collection?

60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, Classic Rock, Country, Dance, Hip Hop, Jazz, Motown, Oldies, Pop, Punk Rock, R&B, Rock, Soul

Describe your DJ style:

Personable, organized, and professional.

Is there a limit to the amount of music that can be requested?

No, we will discuss at your pre-ceremony meeting. We will abide by any wishes for songs that you DONT want played.

What is your usual attire?

Full tuxedos.

If you do not have one of the songs pre-requested by the client, do you require that they provide it?

No, we usually have most music. If it is something rare, we will find it, or the client might possibly provide it.

How many other DJs do you work with?

I have an assistant that accompanies me to each event. I have one other DJ that works for me.

What is the minimum amount of time you will DJ for?

3 hours.

Is the client able to meet the DJ before booking?

We meet will all clients approximately one to two weeks before the wedding at a mutually agreeable time.

Do you specialize in any ethnic or international events?

We have provided music for a variety of events.

Can the client submit a do-not-play list?

Absolutely, but we recommend clients do not rule out any specific type of music, just certain songs.

Do you bring your own equipment?

All of our equipment is state of the art, designed for mobile use.

What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service?

We provide a variety of lights to make the dancefloor have that "nightclub" feel. We also provide up lighting to add color to the overall reception, at a small additional cost.

How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site or client provide a table for you to set up on?

We only require two chairs. We can be set up in less than 30 minutes.

Do you have any extra space requirements?

Just room for our truck and trailer as close to the event facility as possible.

Do you have a sign or banner that you use at events?

Yes, there is a sign on the front of our equipment set up. We only hand out cards or brochures if asked.

Do you usually emcee the event or talk between songs?

We provide full emcee and coordination for the event. Talking only when appropriate.

How would you motivate the crowd if no one is dancing?

We can use a variety of strategies to fix this temporary problem!! LOL

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

We do not take breaks. We do request that a meal be provided for the staff (usually 2 of us) at each event. We NEVER drink alcohol at any event.

Will you arrange for recorded music to play during your breaks?

We do not take breaks.

What is your backup plan in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

We have a full back up system and lighting available at every event.

Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day?

I only book one event for each for myself and Matt, my other DJ.

What is your overtime rate?

$150 per hour.

Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?

Only if it is more than 75 miles (one way). On most occasions, clients provide a hotel room for an overnight stay if out of the area, and a travel fee.

What is the required deposit to secure your services?

$200, and it applies to the final balance.
