The Model Bakery

I had high hopes for the bakery in St. Helena, Napa. I had heard good things about them, but apparently the manager that is in charge now was not as good as the last one. I went in there twice to make sure to explain my design right, and when the cake finally came, it was SO wrong. I had even given them a picture and paid some ridiculous amount for it, and they still got my order wrong. This is not to mention that their cakes do not taste good at all. I had the sunny lemon flavor and it was quite dry and bland. I was going to overlook the taste if it meant having it look right, but they couldn't even get that right.
