Overall my experience with Modern Events was alright. Our Coordinator was late to our ceremony and there was issues with communication. The reception went perfectly though and our coordinator was a big part of that process. I would say our experience overall was ok but I do wish there was more communication the day of.

Overall, I was pleased with the day-of service. However, it was sometimes difficult to reach the planner and she could be a bit disorganized. In the end, all turned out beautifully on the day of the wedding.

Our wedding planner Helen Diaz exceeded all of our expectations, and single-handedly coordinated a flawless wedding ceremony.

Helen took ample time to understand our goals and vision, asked pertinent questions, and planned out a strategy that was clear and easy to understand. Additionally, Helen made every effort to tailor the wedding to our desires and kept an open and consistent line of communication to be sure that we knew exactly what was going on. at all times

We could not have asked for a better wedding planner. Helen's knowledge, attention to detail, and customer focus helped bring us the wedding of our dreams and I have no doubt she will do the same for you!

I hired Ever After Floral Design to do my wedding bouquets, boutonnieres and cake topper.
The prices were incredibly reasonable and the flowers were fresh, gorgeous, and perfectly arranged.
Her delivery was right on time- she answered all my questions- and helped me come up with the vision for the flowers.
Ever After was amazing!

We book all size events from intimate dinner parties of 15 guests or less to lavish upscale events of 500 or more guests. This includes a wide range of events so whether you’re a blushing bride or a corporate client our consultants have all the right Skills to effectively plan your event. We have several consultants that have specialties. Such as weddings, corporate, and celebratory (Birthday, Bar/Bat, Quince)

What style of wedding do you specialize in planning?

Well of course, Modern is our love but we work with all styles and themes. From Traditional to Beach Themes to Ultra Modern we can do it ALL.

Do you support or cater to any specific religions?

I support all religions and types of couples. We love when couples are in love, it doesn't make a difference to us which religion you identify with.

What sizes of weddings have you coordinated in the past?

From 10 guests to 2000 guest but we are not limited to those numbers.

Which venues have you worked at or are familiar with?

I work through out all of Miami-Dade and Broward and beyond but some of my favorite venues are The Palms Hotel in Miami Beach and The Ronald Shane Center also in Miami Beach, another good one is The DCOTA in Ft.lauderdale
