As the father of the bride, I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism and the down-to-earth nature of both photographers.
Their knowledge of the venue, their helpfulness with little details (such as helping the bride's dad with his tie and boutonniere), remarkable ideas for special photos to take (group photo for example) and their obvious devotion to Christ made our special day even more so.

By far the best decision we ever made!!!! Not only are the photos amazing he also did so many things to help out on the big day. Brandon is there to ensure a perfect experience on your wedding day. He even helped with talking to the DJ when they didn't have a song I wanted to hear. He is an artist and an amazing person. You are a fool not to go with Modern!!!!

The small details of a wedding last a day but the memories last a lifetime and Modern Photography has given us that and so much more. At first, I had doubts about flying the photographer out from Michigan for our California wedding, but every aspect proved it was the right thing to do. Brandon flew out personally, with his wife Emily. A lovely couple, they were there for the whole weekend. Not only did they capture the essence of the wedding and days surrouding it, but put a focus on exactly what we wanted, all the way down to getting those perfect expressions on everyone's face. They even helped with logistics, and helped provide a timeline for some of the smaller aspects that we didn't even think of. The level of professionalism and knowledge was extremely high, and we didn't even think of them as photographers - they quickly just became part of the family, and melded into the atmosphere so well that the subtle capture of true emotion in the pictures is unmatched. The quality was so high, that during a preview of the pictures on Brandon's laptop, my new wife couldn't help but go into a quasi-embarrassing rant about how great they were! Modern went above and beyond our expectations for our Wedding photographs. We were so amazed at the pictures that were taken on our wedding. Brandon and Emily were easy and comfortable to work with and made everyone at the wedding feel at ease. We almost felt like they were a part of the family, the way they would jump up to do any little last minute detail that needed to be done, just so I would not freak out and possibly ruin a photographic moment :) The service and quality of pictures you get with modern is well worth the investment. Great selection on packages and discounts available if booking with other local vendor. Found in Lowell Michigan but willing to do wedding anywhere in the US. Brandon (photographer) will do a relationship study with Bride and Groom to find out exactly who they are and suggest styles and photo locations in town based on your individual personality. High level of professionalism with a creative attitude. Reasonable time of picture return and unique albums available.

day is one of the most important decisions in planning a wedding. The
pictures that adorn your walls for the rest of your lives must be able
to entice thoughts, feelings and senses twenty years from now that are

photographer for us, but he was also so much more. In Brandon we had a
photographer who was there to capture every moment of our wedding day,
without being a part of every moment of our wedding day. In other
words, he was able to work behind the scenes and capture the moments
without orchestrating them. He also acted as a pseudo wedding planner,
blocking the little issues of the day from making their way to the bride
and groom. Brandon is very full of life, but that should not be
