Modern Times

I love Nicole Miller. I always think her style is on the cutting edge, and that she (or her designing team) know exactly what looks good on a woman's body. I went to Modern Times Clothing. I've known the store for sometime, and I've gone in there on occasion to buy a things when there's a sale. They have an amazing selection, the staff is really great, the owner (Hilary) was there on one of the times I went. She's great, too, and you can tell she loves what she's doing. I think this should be the first stop for a bride, because they have so many great designers in stock, and in some many unqiue and special styles. I loved my dress, and I can't think of anywhere else in the area that I could have found something so wonderful. It was a simple dress, really classic lines, but obviously well made and it fit me wonderfully.

I was having trouble finding the dress that I wanted. I had been to some of the bigger chain stores, and I was dispapointed with the quality of the dresses. Modern Times, though, carries some really great brand name dresses, both regular dresses and bridals, and I found some of the most beautiful dresses here. The staff was really great, and they were really helpful and honest with their suggestions. This was also where I bought my rehearsal dinner dress, a beautiful short white Eva Franco dress. I also really recommend that all brides buy Spanx, especially their Nu Bra. I have never seen this before, and it's brilliant! Keeps everything together on the wedding day, which is what you want
