What can I say about Vanessa that will be enough?! Vanessa and her assistant David were amazing at our wedding. There was no idea shot down, she was up for anything. Vanessa captured everything we could have wanted; candids, group photos, setup photos, photos of almost everyone at the wedding! Everything that we got in our package is of amazing quality and just stunning. Our album is stunning and if my house started on fire it would be the first thing I would grab! Vanessa was so professional but still fun to be with and she was easy to have as a photographer. Like I said at the beginning, I cannot say enough good things about Vanessa! You cannot go wrong with her.

Vanessa did a wonderful job on our wedding photos! She did a wonderful job getting everyone around for pictures which helped me out a lot so that I was able to enjoy my day! She always emailed me back quick if I had any questions and was able to work with my crazy schedule. I was sooo happy with our pictures they where beautiful! She took a ton of photos. She had a assistant with her so the pictures went fast and everything was very organized. Vanessa helped me out tons! I would highly recommend her to anyone. The pictures are clear and very professional. They are exactly what we wanted. Thank you Vanessa!

We had never met Vanessa at Moments Captured by Vanessa before our wedding day, but we chose her to serve as our wedding photographer based solely on her fantastic reviews and the gorgeous photos in her online galleries. We took a pretty big gamble for our big day, but, fortunately, it paid off! Vanessa and her assistant, Dave, exceeded our expectations! They were timely, prepared, professional, accommodating, well-organized, energetic and extremely creative! Despite the fact that our ceremony and reception took place in mid-Michigan, a couple hours drive from their home base in the thumb, they did not require an additional fee for their travel expenses - and even suggested what turned out to be an amazing location on campus at Michigan State for photos that we (as natives and MSU alum) had never even considered. They allowed us flexibility to create some of our own poses and shots, but, for the most part, were very helpful and skilled at guiding us (as amateurs!) in how to position ourselves for the posed portraits. And, they did an amazing job capturing candid moments throughout the day, especially during our reception! Not only did Vanessa and Dave manage to capture nearly every one of our 120 guests, but they also did a wonderful job photographing many of the details of our big day, to include our guest favors, menu cards, rings, wedding programs, cake, centerpieces and other decorative items. Their style is innovative and the composition of their photos is flawless. I'm very picky when it comes to photos of myself but they managed to create so many gorgeous ones. Of the 1500+ they took, I liked 95% of them, which is rare for me! Best of all, they deliver the photos quickly...we had our proofs less than two weeks after our wedding day, which is amazingly fast! I strongly recommended Moments Captured by Vanessa to any brides - or anyone seeking a professional photographer, in general! We were incredibly impressed by Vanessa's talent and value!
