I looked all over Houston for a quality, affordable photographer for almost 3 months. A friend of mine suggested that I give Moments in a Flash a call. As the movie says, they had me at HELLO. They took the time to find out what was important to me. The first meeting included a lot of questions, but by the end we were laughing like old friends. And at the wedding...the photos prove that they were there, but I didn't see them. I appreciated them doing their job with out being intrusive. I can't say enough about them!

What do your packages include?

Albums, Digital Files, Flush Mount, High Resolution Images, Prints, Proof CD of All Images

Do you have liability insurance?

Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?

Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?

We have experience with all types of light as well as no flash photography

Is your media preference film or digital?

We Shoot digital with Nikon equipment

How many photographers do you work with?

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?

Yes, if the good Lord says the same.

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?

No.

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

I will make arrangements in something comes up and I can't attend, but that would only be due to my passing away :-).

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Yes..

Do you charge hourly or full day?

Most of my packages include unlimited time.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

We shoot continuously throughout your event.

Do you charge for travel?

Only if it is outside of the Houston Metroplex or surrounding areas.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?

Within 2-3 weeks...

In what format are the initial proofs offered?

YOu will have password protected online access to your proofs for 24 hour viewing.

How long can the client keep the proofs?

Proofs are left online for up to 90 days, but are archived for up to 3yrs.

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?

Yes...

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

Yes...

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?

Files can be given with copyrights only on selected files at customers request.

Will images be available for viewing online?

Yes.

What kind of albums do you offer?

Traditional and Custom Albums with custom covers

When will the client get the final album?

Albums take up to 90 days after final selection of content
