Friendly, experienced and reasonable.

I had a great experience here at Monicas. They were very helpful in finding my dress, which they werent really pushy and let me pick dresses out. Also once i did find my dress the alteration process was really enjoyable. The lady that does the fittings and pinning here is awsome she is very helpful and easy to work with. The only problem i had is that there is one lady that works there that is rather rude and made me and my bridal party pretty uncomfortable. Luckily i had to only deal with her once while waiting to get checked on my second fitting. They also do really good, fast alterations so my dress and my mothers dress were ready and fit perfectly in plenty of time for my wedding.

Love this place! Everyone was so helpful and treated me like a princess and my dress was GORGEOUS!!!!!!

Ok, I loved the staff at Monica's!!!! My immediate help was Stephanie and she was awesome!!! I showed her a picture of a style of dress I wanted and I had my dress after 1 try on. I paid on my dress like 2 days later, I loved that one so much. I had been to so many other bridal shops and they did not have dresses in my size to try on and I was getting discouraged.

The staff at Monica's was so helpful and always welcoming whenever my bridesmaids and I went in.

My fitting was awesome and I enjoyed the help they gave me on how to walk in the dress, step up in the dress, hold my Dad's arm and my bouquet. I had a destination wedding and the hotel was not much help with those things and I did not have a wedding planner.

The only thing I had to say about Monica's that I did not like was the fact that I was told my dress would be packed for a carry on bag for flight and it was not. The box they put it in was over the size limit and had no handles. I was told it would have handles. My step dad picked my dress up for me and I did not see the packaging until the night before my flight to Jamaica. I was stressed trying to figure out how to get my dress there without packing it in my suitcase. It fit into a carry on suitcase my step dad had thank goodness.

I found my dress here for a FANTASTIC price and received many comments about it being the most beautiful dress my guests had ever seen! I worked with Elizabeth when I was shopping and she listened to everything I wanted to help me find my perfect gown!

Fantastic gown shop! The ladies were so sweet, they made me feel very comfortable. They knew their stock very well and were able to find a dress that matched my vision perfectly. The price was awesome and I would recommend Monica's to everyone!

Although I did not purchase my dress from Monicas, I did go there several times as I was torn between a dress there and a dress at Davids Bridal. They were super nice, never had any problem with me coming in a few times to try on the same dresses, and gave honest feedback. I would certainly recommend them for wedding dresses.

Stephanie was great. She knew exactly what I was looking for and helped with every little detail, including making sure my dress was placed in the car properly for the 6 hour ride to the beach. The store has a great selection at great prices but you can't beat their customer service.

All of my bridesmaids gowns were ordered through Monica's bridal! This locally owned and operated store is wonderful in this community! They offer great lines of designer gowns, great customer service and plenty of accessories to choose from! All of our tuxedos were also ordered through this vendor! For the guys, the easy to access form they could print off on-line allowed them to get professionally sized in their respective cities and fax it in to make our deadline! The ladies at Monica's stayed in constant communication with me on everything you could possibly imagine -- so I could either plan for said delay or deadline or make the necessary calls to get everyone together for fittings! They were outstanding and wonderful!

Monica's was a great place to buy my dress! The staff were friendly and helpful, the selection was expansive, and the price was reasonable! They did my alterations within a month and kept me updated of the progress. The price/discount I received was the best.

I enjoyed getting my dress at Monica's. They were more expensive, but the atmosphere was very nice and they gave me their full attention. I even had some bridesmaids who needed a fitting done two days before the wedding and they were able to make it happen for me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dress or wedding attire.
