If your guest list is around 150 or less, the top floor Ferrantes Bay View Ballroom is gorgeous. With very large windows nearly surrounding all the walls, your guests will get an awesome view of Monterey Bay. Packages range from around $70-100 per person. Kids are $17 each (which includes fruit cup, entree, cookie, and juice). Believe me when I say no one will go home hungry. With appetizers during cocktail hour, a starter, a salad, and main entree there's more than enough to eat. The food is actually quite good also. Compared to many locations I've seen, the Marriott is priced on the higher side in terms of service fee. There also aren't too many ceremony options onsite, but there are plenty of nearby locations, which the hotel can also arrange. You also get the ballroom until midnight, which is the latest times we found when researching venues, especially for a hotel. The staff is very accommodating and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great view.
