I recently did my wedding in Puerto Rico, there's a beautiful paradise on this island and the service of their people is great! That's exactly what Mossaico did for me, a dream wedding. They work with my ideas put them all together and gave more than I was expecting, I have no words for describing it. It was more than I ever imagined! Everyone is talking about every details and fabulous work. They work with me every single detail, answer every question almost immediately giving me the confidence needed as I have never visited the island neither saw their work on person nor had a planner. The prices are little higher than other vendors but definitely worth every single dollar paid. I would recommend them to every one.

I was absolutely blown away by the work that Mossaico did. They are not simply florists, they are artists. They were invested in the entire ambiance of our whole wedding. They took pride in their work and left no detail unattended. I got calls for weeks about our flowers. I was able to communicate my vision and they were able to make it happen. They were professional and accountable. I would highly recommend them to anyone as their work is elegant, beautiful and artistic.

Mossaico was the icing on the cake for our destination wedding in Puerto Rico! They were reffered to us by the hotel so not having any past history with them I figured they would be decent since the hotel had recommended, but I was utterly impressed! I did not have a wedding planner and just went on line and chose my vendors based on reviews and customer service so I wasn't 100% but they did such a beautiful job from the colorful bouquets to the creative centerpieces. Everything was incredible and picturesque with the ocean as the backdrop. They were very easy to communicate with, customer service was fantastic and were receptive to any last minute changes that were needed. I had a really difficult time, tracking down an altar to rent and they furnished me with the perfect one! It was painless and delightful to have them! I would absolutely recommend them to anybody and everybody! Friends and relatives are still talking about the beautiful bouquets!

Amazing planner and helper in makeing my day special! Without their services i would not be able to have had such a special night! they did everything for me and it came out extremely beautiful.

We chose this company because we wanted something completely unique and wanted to transform the outside space at the Ritz into something incredible- the flowers at the ceremony site and at the reception were incredible- and the lighting and decor was truly incredible. We could not have been happier with the services provided!!!

Words cannot begin the explain the emotions I felt when I saw our decorations. Our guests were truly in awe at what Mossaico did with a plain gazebo.

Enid and the Mossaico design team did an amazing job. They took each of my sample photos and recreated a masterpiece.

Pricing is a little higher than out florist on the island but it is so worth it. Enid answered the phone each time I called and returned emails with minutes. She was very honest with what could and could not be done on our budget and offer suggestions to keep our cost down. Fluent in English and very knowledgeable when it comes to...

The bouquets were exactly as I wanted them. I brought them a picture of what I wanted and that was exactly what I got. I will definitely recommend them.

Mossaico did an AMAZING job for our wedding. Enid was very fast in responding to my emails, as well as accommodating our changes as we got closer to wedding. We planned our destination wedding from Pennsylvania, and Enid made me feel as though I was in PR.

Mossaico matched our inspiration photos, and I was most comfortable with letting them finish the details since they had amazing taste. We had tons of compliments on the decoration and flowers. Everyone was amazed at all the details. I found it very hard to leave the reception area at the end of the night- it looked like something out of my dreams.

I got married in May in PR at The Ritz. I was VERY disappointed in the quality of Mossaico's work. We spent thousands of dollars with them and had high expectations for what we paid. In particular, for the ceremony many things went wrong (in order of bad mistakes). My bridal party bouquets were 3-4 flowers taped together. I had paid hundreds of dollars for those, they did not look like it. I am Indian so I had paid for them to create a structure for my brothers to carry me out on. Instead of making what I had sent them a picture of and paid for, they placed a cover on a long chair they had. They had made a structure for the beach which we paid for. We also paid for it to be decorated in flowers. They placed 4 rings of flowers on the structure and justified that as decor! To top it all off, my wedding planner had asked them several times to make sure the structure was secure, Mossaico guaranteed her that it was. After the ceremony was over. My husband, planner and I were leaving the area to go inside after pictures. All of the sudden some wind (nothing major) came along and the entire structure COLLAPSED, injuring my planner to the point she was in a wheelchair. We were very upset that their negligence and poor quality resulted in her getting hurt, but also lucky had this happened during the ceremony it would have been a disaster and more people could have gotten hurt. For all the things that went wrong during the ceremony, they were barely apologetic and only re-funded us a very small amount (nothing) of what we paid them. They forced us to pay everything in advance and now I can see why. No one would ever pay what they ask for their horrible service. You do not get anything near what you pay for. We were EXTREMELY disappointed in their work. My husband has pictures of this on his phone. I wish there was a way to post it so other people can see before they give these people their money.

Mossaico, Inc. made the wedding of my dreams with the budget that I had. I highly recommend them as your future wedding decoration vendor. Both Norberto and Efraín complement each other and create the perfect concept for you.

Everything was so wonderful and amazing! We were so delighted to have such beautiful decorations. Especially since we live in Arizona and with just meeting one time before the wedding, they did a wonderful job to give us exactly what we wanted!!

I have mixed feelings about Mossaico. I do not feel that I got all that I wanted. Let me start with what was good. The reception space was fantastic - it looked like what they showed me at the table presentation. Which was amazing - the flowers and table scapes were exactly what I wanted and what we had discussed. However, I feel like the feel short on the rest of it. Starting with my bouquet - I was specific and had a picture to illustrate what i wanted - and what I got was not even close. They did take it back on modify it with what time they had, but it was still not even close. For my ceremony space, I think it feel flat. It looked nice and it was decorated nice, but I do not think it was worth what I paid for it. Because the principles at Mossaico do not speak english, it may have been hard to communicate my vision and my expectations - but I felt that I was rather clear. Had to go back multiple times to make revisions to the presentation, and on the day of there were items that I had removed from the presentation more than once on my table. It was a small detail, but none the less, I felt that I was ignored and I assume I paid for something I did not want. I also think that some of their furniture and material choices were a bit cheap and not aesthetically appealing - this mainly applies to materials they selected to drape walls. I am torn as far as recommending Mossaico. I was happy with my reception space, but I felt the rest fell flat and was not what I expected. I think you might do better if you could speak spanish and communicate better with the design principles, but they do have an assistant who I though could translate my very specific instructions, as well my wedding planner. Feeling let down.

I recently had my wedding at El Conquistador Resort in Fajardo, Puerto Rico. We had Mossaico for decoration and flowers. They were amazing. Everything was beautiful. They have great taste and are extremely creative and talented. Communication with them was a little difficult during the process, mainly because they don't respond to e-mails right away but I had a wedding coordinator in San Juan and she took care of everything that needed to be arranged. I would definitely recommend them.
