Our wedding reception wouldn't have been the same without Mother Mayhem. They totally worked within our tight budget! We were able to work out a plan where the price for the band even included DJ music for dinner time and lights and sound system for the toasts! We had over 500 guests ranging in age from 13 to 90 and everybody danced all night long. When we got to the hotel room after the reception, my feet hurt from dancing. It was like we couldn't leave the dance floor. The whole band was so nice and very professional. I highly reccomend them! You will not be dissapointed.

We had a party that combined my 60th and my wife's 50th birthday there was between a 100 to 120 people attending with ages running the full spectrum. The celebration would not have been the same with out Mother Mayhem they brought great music and high energy to the party. Everyone, old and young, that I talked to gave glowing reviews. Cannot say enough about how much I appreciate them performing for us and adding the extra punch!! - Keith Crane

Mother Mayhem Does Weddings!
The members of Mother Mayhem have played hundreds of weddings - indoor, outdoor, big, small, calm, and crazy. A wedding is quite possibly the most meaningful (and most complicated) event you can ever plan. The entertainment you choose can make or break your wedding. We will work with you and your wedding planner every step of the way during your many months of planning to ensure your wedding day is as perfect as it can be! If your first dance song isn't on the band's set list already, they will learn it just for your event. The band members will also gladly take on the emcee duties, make the announcements, and keep your event on schedule!
Will You Play Our Favorite Songs?
Mother Mayhem will work with you to ensure the song list for your event will be best suited for your audience. Please feel free to select your favorite songs in advance from the band’s song list and they will make sure to play them. You are also welcome to provide the band with a list of songs to omit from their set list. If your favorite song isn't on the band's song list, they'll learn it just for your event! And of course Mother Mayhem will never use any profanity in their lyrics at any time during your event.
What Will You Wear?
Mother Mayhem's costuming is completely customizable for your event. Mother Mayhem’s standard costuming is dressy, current, fabulous and cool. We welcome any suggestions about colors and themes so the band’s costuming will accent the décor of your wedding or event. If the theme of the night is Disco or 80s, Mother Mayhem will gladly hit the stage decked out in their loudest sparkly disco-fabulous costumes. If your event is very conservative, Mother Mayhem cleans up nicely in black suits and dresses.
How Far Will Mother Mayhem Travel?
Is your event in another state, another country? No problem! Even though Mother Mayhem is based in Northern California, it is easy to fly the band in and simply contract a local production company to supply the band’s larger backline equipment (drums, amplifiers etc.). The members of Mother Mayhem have played countless fly dates over the years in the US and abroad. The band’s management will take care of all the details every step of the way to ensure that the show goes off without a hitch.
Sound, Lights and Stage
If your venue does not supply sound and lighting production, Mother Mayhem can also be contracted to provide various sized stage, sound and lighting equipment depending on the venue’s size and number of guests. The sound system we bring is for you to use for speeches, presentations, and background music. The band's sound engineer will be on hand throughout the night to assist you in any way possible. Feel free to bring CDs or an iPod and the band’s sound engineer will gladly play it before the band plays and during the breaks. The sound engineer will also have an iPod with a variety of music on it. In addition, microphones will be available for speeches and toasts.
