Two to three cameras, several lenses, flash, plenty of batteries and memory cards, box lighting for formals.

We are open to discuss this based on your needs.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
Yes, we always notify the bride and groom at least half an hour before departure and we can stay longer on request.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

We love to travel so we can discuss travel in our meeting.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
As early as 2 weeks but we usually ask for 3.

We can provide proofs in all formats. We can provide a slideshow, online proofing, or contact sheets.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
Forever.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
We like to share the rights, please ask about printing rights.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
We can discuss this in our meeting.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes, we offer online proofing for as long as you need.

We offer coffee table books, soft-cover and hard-cover.
When will the client get the final album?
We have different sizes/pages for our books so this varies. As early as two weeks after pictures are selected.
