We hired Multiflor to provide the flowers for our daughter's wedding at the Park Hyatt in Washington DC. At our preliminary meeting, our daughter described her basic thoughts on what she wanted for "the look" of her wedding. Nick was instantly able to interpret the information and to articulate a plan. Katie said he was able to describe her vision even better than she could! The proposal was very detailed and descriptive, making it easy to envision the end result. Nick helped us develop a reasonable budget and stayed within the agreed upon amount. He always made us feel that he could create a beautiful setting and did not try to "upsell" us to a grander design. The centerpieces were fabulous. Nick created several different looks so there was some variety in how the tables looked. The centerpieces were low, as we requested, but Nick was able to provide different scale and texture by incorporating a variety of stems, some high and low candles, etc. The look was beautiful and rich without being formal and over the top. The centerpieces did double duty as some were placed on pedestals lining the center aisle for the ceremony. The bridal bouquet was stunning..again a simple, elegant interpretation of the bride's dream bouquet of callas. The bridesmaids' bouquets and all corsages and boutonnieres were perfect. Katie asked for an "urban forest" look for the chuppah. Nick created a stunning combination of branches, orchids and candles that set the perfect stage for the ceremony - and looks gorgeous in the pictures! The bride and groom asked that several family heirlooms be incorporated in the design and Nick happily obliged. Nick was so easy and fun to work with, very low-key, calm and professional. He was accessible and reassuring throughout the process. Come wedding day, we knew we didn't have to give the flowers a second thought. Nick took care of everything! And it was perfect!

I cannot say enough great things about Multiflor. Not only did Nick understand and respect my vision from the beginning, he was considerate and thoughtful above and beyond my expectations. There were times when a few days after a meeting I would hear from Nick, telling me new ideas he had because he just wanted to make sure everything was perfect. Nick not only designed and supplied my stunningly chic flowers, but he also created a hanging element of clear globes with small candles that hung above the white dance floor he provided. It was truly stunning. The people are Multiflor were friendly, completely budget-conscious, and more creative and thoughtful than perhaps any other vendor in my wedding experience. It has been two months since my wedding, and the phonecalls still have not stopped! Everyone (even my father in law) recognized and remembered the beautiful flowers and hanging fixture. I would recommend Multiflor to any bride to be!!

As a recent bride, I couldn't be happier with the beautiful decor and flowers provided by Nick and his team at Multiflor. Prior to my engagement, I had been a guest at two other weddings in DC who had also used Multiflor. In fact, one of the weddings was over 7 years ago and, despite attending dozens of weddings since that time, I always remember those flowers so I pretty much knew who I would turn to before I even had a groom! With little direction beyond "modern and romantic", Nick created a beautiful ceremony and reception, all within budget (and when it was exceeding the budget during planning, he quite helpfully pulled back). I couldn't be happier and guests asked me at the wedding who had provided the flowers. In addition to the flowers, Nick walked through the site with me on the date of our tasting and provided valuable advice on decor and table placements, all of which we incorporated.

Owner, Nick Perez, listened to what I envisioned for floral arrangements, & then surpassed that vision. He used beautiful flowering branches to fill the altar space in the church, without overpowering it...both colorful and
light. Alternating high & low table arrangements at the reception created a
beautiful setting. Lighted tea candles hanging from the branches in the higher arrangements truly had, as my guests said, a "magical" effect. The most frequently used word upon seeing what the flowers did for the room was "WOW!"

Nick and Multiflor came recommended to me by our wedding planner. She had used their flowers before and said his designs were creative and stunning without breaking your budget. Multiflor did not disappoint! During my first meeting with Nick we talked about my vision for the wedding and reception, what flowers I like, and what flowers are best during our time of year. He showed me pictures of flowers I hadn't heard of before and walked me through the flower combinations he thought would achieve the look and feel I desired. He knew where to add extra touches that would really bring everything to life: a ribbon wrapped bouquet with crystal buttons, a moss table runner, flower buds on the napkins, and floating candles in vases of colored gems.

I will admit picking the flowers was a little nerve wracking for me. Up until this point I had been able to see everything exactly as it would be that day: table linens, chairs, etc. But the flowers, I wouldn't be seeing the bouquet until the day of. I had to let the control freak in me go a little and trusted Nick to deliver the feeling I had imagined and tried to articulate to him. The bouquets could not have been more gorgeous or spot on with what I had wanted. They were absolutely beautiful and I received so many compliments on them. Nick provided a sample of our reception centerpieces during our tasting which helped me to picture the reception decor and make tweeks as needed. He was always so quick to respond and polite as I made changes here and there. I was worried the creative touch he brings would cost me more, but was surprised and pleased when the quote came in right where I told him my budget was. Unlike other vendors I didn't have to push my budget to get top quality. The flowers lasted for a couple weeks after our event, allowing my family to continue to enjoy their beauty after the reception ended.

Multiflor did the most amazing job for our wedding!! The staff was wonderful to work with and had amazing suggestions to make both our wedding, cocktail hour and reception unbelievably gorgeous! My husband and I had a vision and they went with it and exceeded our expectations! We did all different kinds of white flowers, candles, branches and greenery. I would highly recommend using Multiflor!!!

Our flowers were gorgeous and smelled so lovely. I didn't have to explain too much, Carol knew exactly what I wanted. I appreciated their professionalism and friendly service very much. I was going for a royal English sophistication look and that is exactly what I got. Every arrangement was beautiful and enchanting. My bouquet was my favorite. It was soft, romantic, elegant and smelled like heaven. LOVED my flowers!

Multiflor was recommended to me by a friend and I am so happy that I decided to use them. Nick is an artist when it comes to flower arrangements. I would highly recommend seeing a sample and paying for a second sample if you have to. It is hard to convey what you are envisioning when it comes to flowers, but Nick was very receptive to my feedback(which I gave plenty of). While I might have annoyed him, he listened which is crucial, and in the end, delivered some of the most gorgeous flowers you have ever seen in your life. He works with unique, ultra fresh flowers(we enjoyed our low arrangements for two weeks after) and is very creative, so allow him to give you his ideas too. Without doubt, I recommend Multiflor.

I worked with Carol Inskeep at Multiflor and I was very impressed by her customer service, optimism and professionalism. We placed a very small order (just flowers for the wedding party - no centerpieces), and I was worried that we may not get the same type of service and quality because we weren't spending that much. Not the case with MultiFlor. They were so welcoming regardless of our small order, and on top of everything. The day of the wedding, the flowers showed up on time (if not 15 minutes early) and they were fresh and so beautiful! It was a seamless process with true professionals, and I got exactly what I wanted without sacrificing anything or paying out the nose. I would highly recommend MultiFlor to any couple - whether your order is large or small, MultiFlor will make it perfect!

First of I'll say that Nick and his team at Multiflor and very professional and I felt their prices were very reasonable.

What I liked about Multiflor is that I saw them in a lot of local magazines so I assumed they were a top notch florist. Nick is extremely knowledgeable about flowers. I was able to pick each container that was to be at my wedding from his extensive collection and he did a trial. All of these made me feel like this was a good safe match for me because I really love flowers and had a definite idea of what I wanted.

Now came the issues. My first trial arrangement was incorrect. As in it didn't even have the flowers called out in the contract in it. Nick seemed surprised when I mentioned this to him and he offered to redo it. The second trial arrangement was delivered to my workplace and was fantastic. I was excited for the wedding and what we were to be getting.

Then the wedding day: the arrangements for the reception, the bouquets and my custom made chuppah were exactly as discussed and were breathtaking. The issue? Every other arrangement was wrong. The cocktail reception and outside flowers were supposed to match the burgundy and purple bridesmaids bouquets, but were instead were hot pink and red. The containers were supposed to be mercury glass and were instead bright green swirled glass. The very, large table card arrangement was supposed to be all ivory and was instead ivory and red. Additionally, my grooms boutonniere was a delicate flower so I ordered two just in case and a rose backup. I received one that was already dead (I was told it would "come alive once room temperature" by Carol but it never did,) and two roses.

I will say Nick was not there for the set up so I'm not sure who is at fault here but regardless my cohesive color scheme did not happen and there was nothing I could do about it. I didn't let it ruin my day but it sure was disappointing so I cannot in good conscious recommend Multiflor to...

Multiflor does gorgeous work for reasonable prices, and everything went completely smoothly. Many guests commented on how gorgeous and unique our flowers were. Nick was totally willing to talk to me at anytime to make sure our vision for the wedding was realized. He is a lovely person and his work is gorgeous and chic.

Multiflor created beautiful bouquets and centerpieces for my wedding. They were modern and gorgeous. Nick is very professional to work with and he makes the process very easy. The only thing that went wrong was that our bouquets were not the exact color we requested (which makes a big difference in all the photos), but the error was acknowledged after the wedding and a partial refund on the bouquets was given.

You may see more than one review from my family because we were so thrilled with MultiFlor. When my daughter looked through bridal magazines for examples of flowers she wanted, it turned out that almost all of her choices were by Nick Perez. She wanted a cherry blossom theme, but her wedding was on Labor Day weekend. With a creative eye and a sensitivity to what she found appealing, Nick and his team produced flowers for the ceremony and reception that were overshadowed (fortunately!) only by the bride and managed to evoke the colors and delicate beauty of the cherry trees in full bloom. We could not have chosen better and (I am glad to be saying this after the wedding) it would have been worth it even if the cost were not so reasonable.

Nick was absolutely wonderful to work with. He and his team listened carefully to what I envisioned for my wedding day, and made it look completely, 100% magical. He was able to accommodate 2 locations (one for ceremony and one for reception) and both looked equally as beautiful. He came up with creative ways to incorporate flowers that were out of season but that we really wanted to include. He adjusted the table arrangements after I wanted a change made without a problem. And, I also wanted to use a piece of my mom's wedding dress to wrap the handle of my flowers - he made it look beautiful!

He is so talented, and easy to work with. I'd give him my highest recommendation.

One day during the wedding planning process, my fiancé and I met at the St. Regis Hotel in Washington DC for drinks. We both noticed the amazing flower arrangements in the lobby and also noticed that we were not the only ones impressed by stunning flower arrangements as most guests would slow down to admire Nick’s work. My fiancé encouraged me to ask the concierge of the hotel for the name of their florist. To my surprise, the St. Regis hotel (one of the most prestigious hotel in DC) was using the same florist that my amazing planner (Jessica Brown from Simply Chic Events) had recommended; Multiflor!
Nick (owner of the company) is a perfectionist who will work with you to execute your vision; he is not afraid to share with you his experience and his ideas; he is a true professional which means he is prompt and honest. My fiancé and I were truly pleased with his work and we would highly recommend his services to all the brides and grooms in the area!

How can I begin to describe how beautiful all the flowers and arrangements were that Nick and the wonderful people at Multiflor put together for our wedding?

Nick met with me early in the year and was so helpful in working with me to figure out what we wanted for the wedding with my (limited) flower knowledge. I came to him with a few favorite flowers, and few general color schemes, and he delivered arrangements and bouquets that took my break away. The mixture of different kinds of centerpieces around the room with candles at varying levels made each table a bit unique, and the vibrancy of the flowers made it feel just as summary inside as it was outside. They really nailed the vibrant orange dahlias I had in mind- my bridal bouquet was particularily stunning.
We also had a few last minute requests that they fulfilled without problem, and everything was delivered on time and without a hitch.
From special requests to creativity and completely flawless professionalism, I will reccomend Multiflor to everyone I know!

After meeting with two other flower vendors, I was so happy to find Nick at Multiflor. From the beginning, he understood my vision and worked with me to ensure my flowers and décor were perfect. Nick and his staff were always available to answer any questions and I was even able to see an example of our tall center pieces at my tasting. The day of the wedding everything went so smoothly. My flowers were perfect. My guests could not stop talking about the flower arrangements. More than one guest told me that when the doors opened to the reception and their jaws dropped when they saw the flowers. Best of all, we paid a little bit more than the quotes we received from other florist, but we received so much more. I really enjoyed working with Nick and I would recommend him to anyone planning a wedding. His work is just beautiful.

Nick at Multifor did an absolutely beautiful job at our wedding. We had very specific requests for our centerpieces and Nick did a great job of making it all come to life. When Multiflor didn't have the exact vases that we wanted in stock, he ordered them especially for the wedding. Absolutely beautiful flowers. Met with me several times, and changed our entire flower plan midway through. Docked them one star because they were late to my tasting and didn't bring arrangements I was happy with, but they completely redeemed themselves in the end. I am constantly handing out Multiflor's information to people who attended my wedding and are hosting their own event.

Let me start by saying that flowers are a huge deal to me. I really enjoy flowers from places that know how to do good flowers in a fresh modern way. My first meeting with Nick Perez went well, he was very professional and easy to talk to. I was about 2 weeks away from doing the tasting at the hotel where the wedding reception was to be and he said that he would put a proposal together for me in a few days and if I accepted and gave him the $400 deposit that he would get an arrangement together in time for the tasting so that we could see it together with the place setting at the hotel tasting. (Aaaaa!!) He didn't even hesitate about doing that in a relatively short amount of time. The proposal came in a few hundred dollars above what I said our budget was, which I was surprised by. We remedied this by taking out the special table linens. We eventually found some money in the budget for the linens, so Nick added them back in. When Nick and I discussed linen colors, I thought I had an idea of what I thought would look good, but Nick steered me in a different direction. I'm glad that he didn't just go along with what I said but instead gave me his professional opinion on what would look nice, because I love the way it turned out. With respect to the flowers, Nick prepared the sample tall centerpiece arrangement in time for the tasting. I wasn't really happy with it (I probably could have been more descriptive in our initial meeting) so he graciously offered to do another sample for me. The second sample was much more what I had in mind and really put me at ease that they would be nice, but I wasn't really blown away or anything. I thought maybe that was due to our limited budget. BUT, I was really blown away when I saw the flowers on the day of the wedding. I gave him a picture of a bouquet that I really liked and he recreated it from the picture. The table centerpieces were stunning, prettier than the sample that he provided. Many guests (including men who you wouldn't think would notice and women who know their flowers) said they were the nicest flowers they had ever seen at a wedding. We had what I would call a mid-sized budget for flowers. Small enough to make some downtown florists turn their noses up at us, but Nick was able to create very memorable arrangements within that budget and never made us feel like we should be spending more. I am so happy that we were able to get something stunning for our average budget.

I signed with Nick because I liked his style and I loved the sample photos he showed me in his studio. His prices were reasonable and he had a very modern feel (not so weddingly drippy) to his designs.

Unfortunately, my ceremony design turned out not to be as stated in our contract. I contacted Nick after the event and he discounted the ceremony design. There was also a problem with delivery at the Fairmont but I don't know if the problem was with the hotel or the floral delivery folks. In any case, Kim, our day of event coordinator, handled all the logistical problems of the day.

Overall, I thought his designs could have been more inspired, but we were on a very tight budget. I don't know if a higher budget would have resulted in more impressive arrangements. He has a nice sense of color and I went in a direction (dark pink and celadon) that I might not have otherwise gone to.

Nick got my style and knew exactly what I wanted from the get go! My flowers were stunning. He's wonderful.

I was clueless when it came to selecting flowers for my wedding day. Nick was able to take what little information I provided him with and run with it. His creativity and experience resulted in very unique arrangements that my guests still rave about! Unfortunately, his fabulous ideas come at a high price so be prepared! ;o)
