Music Box was probably the BEST vendor choice we made over all. From the very beginning it was a fantastic experience. Kim met with me and my husband in the evening which was perfect for our work schedules. She was very friendly and super easy to talk to. She got to know us and helped us select the perfect DJ for us. We looked through sample videos and we found it VERY easy to pick who we thought would fit our personalities as well as our guest’s personalities. Two weeks before the wedding we met with Rod to go through the details of the reception. I have to say….being two weeks away from the wedding is probably the busiest and most stressful time in a Brides life. After our meeting I sat in the driveway of their office and took a deep relaxing breath for the first time during the planning. I knew 100% this was one of the best choices we made. It was so easy and they were so professional and on top of everything. Rod was amazing the day of the event and had everyone dancing all night long. Eric was also there with Rod and they were both awesome! Save your time…Go to Music Box. The entire experience was well worth the price. Call them now. You won’t regret it! Thank you Kim, Rod, Eric and Fletcher (who snuck in a top secret surprise from my bridesmaids!! It was amazing!

Eric did a great job even though I was a picky bride when it came to the music. He knew he would have to deal with a lot of people wanting requests and fending them off. He played the type of music I wanted and kept the party going. He even worked with the drummer which was great and it made the night even more electric. Thanks so much for making our day great!!

We LOVED our video...could not say enough about using Music Box. We really enjoyed working with everyone and got exactly what we wished for. Can't wait to watch our wedding video years from now!!

MBP was amazing, words cannot describe how pleased we are with our videos. We plan on using them in the future for large events to capture the little moments so well.

I can't say enough about Music Box productions. There work is just great! Rob and Kim made it so easy to ask questions, have any concerns, and the feeling that they truly wanted only the best for my husband and I. Sure enough, the video is better than just the best! We can't be happier.

Do you offer demo DVDs for potential clients to look at?

For your convenience, much of our finished work is online at http://vimeo.com/user392629/videos However, these are just quick looks at our work. We like to show you what is being delivered to our clients now. Schedule an appointment to see REAL work and not just a "best of" highlight reel.

How many videographers do you work with?

We have a very small intimate staff of shooters as we only do one shoot per day.

Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event?

Absolutely! Part of being a good event videographer is anticipating what is happening next. If we have a good heads up on the events scheduled, we will be better able to be prepared to capture the events.

Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?

One shoot per day guarantees that our focus is on you and only you.

Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?

Two videographers are scheduled for the day. We staff four just in case someone can't provide the energy or whereabouts to capture the day as promised.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?

We love Panasonic! Our cameras are capable of shooting beautiful video in low light situations as not to take away from the event itself. A very small microphone will be placed on the groom and podium during the ceremony to catch the audio that is just important as the awesome video.

Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Always! Extra microphones and camera are taken to ensure that if anything does go wrong- you'll never know about it.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

Most of our clients recognize that capturing their event all day takes a great deal of energy. A meal is typically offered to our shooters to ensure that they're ready to keep moving all night.

Do you give access to your raw footage?

Our editing style gives you all usable footage. It is available but there's usually no reason to purchase it. We give you A LOT of video.

Do you reserve the right to use the video in the future for deals, contents, etc.?

Of course! We like to share the stellar video captured.

How long does it take for the client to get the final video?

Typically your video is completed within 3-6 months after your event. A great video takes time to put together.

Additional Advice

We have heard countless times that the best investment made in a wedding was video. It tells the complete story of your day. Different than still photos, good video delivers the sight and sound of a one time celebration.

MBP is currently using broadcast quality Panasonic cameras and Canon DLSR. The results are stunning.
