Dimitri, is great to work with. He answers the phone, returns calls, answers emails promptly. He is so helpful and will do anything to get the music you want. He was very nice and did everything as promised. He
traveled three hours to do our event and did not charge a travel fee.

Fine Arts Ensemble was wonderful to work with! Dimitri was very accommodating in helping us organize a ceremony music program that encapsulated our personalities and the feel of our wedding. Their proposal came with a CD of various tracks that showcased their choices of instrument groups and popular music suggestions. It made planning for the ceremony music very easy! The musicians were talented and it added a beautiful ambiance to my outside ceremony. I would recommend them to anyone!

I found Fine Arts Ensemble online and booked them by hearing the music selections I found there. They could not have made it any easier. All correspondence was done by phone. All plans were made and songs picked in the same manner. FAE showed up on time and played the music I selected perfectly. It could not have been any easier. They are true professionals and I would hire them again for another event. I was extremely pleased.

The piano/cello/violin trio sounded beautiful, soft and relaxing during our wedding ceremony and reception. Many of our guests commented on how much they liked the music. They were a pleasure.

Dimitri was so easy to work with to set up a violinist. He was extremely quick to respond and so easy to choose any instrument that I wanted. Gabriel did an amazing job as our violinist. Incredibly talented and professional.

I want to let you know how much I appreciate all your help in coordinating our Second-line Wedding Parade. I very much appreciate your patience with us, with the continuous changing of time and location, and us having to wait till the last minute to secure the legality portion of the parade.

My husband was very apprehensive about it at first, and we almost cancelled, because he thought Bourbon Street would be too crowed at the time and day we had it scheduled. My husband has been visiting The French Quarter of New Orleans every year for 15 years, so he knows all to well how crowded Bourbon Street can be. But to our surprise, they cleared all of Bourbon Street for us for 9 blocks!! My husband and I, our friends, and family couldn't believe it!! Let alone on a Saturday night, but also on a Holiday weekend!!

The police officers and band members we're on-time, very professional, very nice, as well as very talented. They took the initiative to try and play some songs they thought we may know, so we could sing along. It was amusing because they played a Hank Williams song, I guess because we were wearing cowboy hats and boots. We had a blast walking down Bourbon Street with them. The whole 9 blocks everyone was taking pictures and video of us. The next couple of days we felt like celebrities for the weekend. We had people recognized us from the Wedding Parade and stop to congratulate us on our marriage. This was a very memorable experience we will never forget. We love being able to brag and tell everyone about it. It was well worth every penny!!! We would do it again in a heartbeat and will be happy to recommend your services to others.

FAE is amazing!! I had a catholic wedding and I was so worried about the music for the church, but everything turned out perfect. I had a soloist, a cello, piano, and trumpet. Our wedding was a destination wedding in New Orleans with about 40 of our friends and family. It was planned to be in Jackson Square, but unfortunately, rain forced us to squeeze inside the site of our reception last minute. Fine Arts Ensemble was extremely accommodating in working around our last minute schedule/location change, and even allowed us to wait until about an hour before the start to make the call. I knew that any amount of rain could potentially damage their instruments, but they never once bothered us to make the call to be indoors.

From the beginning, Dmitri was very happy to work within our budget, and to match a competitive offer that we had received. Unfortunately, because of chamber music being played in the lobby of our ceremony/reception site, I (as the bride) could not hear the ceremony music being played, however, I heard it was AMAZING. Several guests commented on how much they liked FAE, who at one point even played a few bars of Lady Gaga's Bad Romance as a joke to entertain guests while they waited for me and the bridal party to arrive.

I am very pleased with the flexibility, professionalism, cost, and quality of FAE and would recommend them to any bride.

We could not have ask for any better music for the church. Everyone was very impressed. They were very easy to work with so we could focus on other things for the wedding.

Dimitri was very easy to work with. I had concerns about what to walk down the ailse to in a tiny chapel (which meant a short, short walk to the alter), and Dimitri helped with a knowledgeable choice (Jesu... it worked perfectly). The prelude music was lovely as well (Dimitri's selections). And my own selection of Sheep May Safely Graze played during communion/interlude was played beautifully.

FAE was AMAZING! The ceremony music was absolutely flawless and I'm pretty sure they're responsible for making all the guests cry (in a good way, lol). I chose the piano and cello duet and it sounded wonderful. Book them...you (and your guests) won't be disappointed!

Our ceremony was in the garden which sometimes creates a problem getting people "ready" for the ceremony. The music set the stage for the event and set the mood for our kids' wedding. The musicians took a lot of care to ensure that the couple had the music that they wanted, but gave them direction as to what would be appropriate for the different times of the wedding. I have received numerous compliments on the music selection and beautiful "sound".

This was one of the toughest vendor decisions I made. I am from gulfport, and I knew at the time I went looking that I was getting married outside and I knew of one song. I knew for certain that I wanted a violin and cello. That was the only decision I didn't want to compromise. We also had a friend of ours sing so this part was critical. I had hired a local lady who had talked me out of just about everything I wanted. I remember thinking to myself im the bride, your supposed to cater to what I want. Well needless to say I fired her. I paniced, seriously paniced. I was ony a few weeks out and down on money. I found Fine arts ensemble on wedding wire. I called three or four others before I contacted them, and I just didnt get that connection. I remember my first call to Fine Arts, Dimitri answered. I was almost in tears trying to explain to him what I wanted. I don't know that I even made it through the whole explanantion, and the words that came out of Dimitri mouth were "oh it will be fine, we will take care of you." I remember telling him that this woman told me i couldnt use the violin and the cello, and he reiterated my point that canon in D would not be the same without the violin and cello. I didn't know what songs worked and there were way too many to have to sit and find and listen to. I trusted Dimitri to do what he knew and what he was good at. Dimitri you were perfection. You are very talented and you run a great business. Thank you

They were very easy to work with in selecting the music and musicians to play at our Venue. Dimitri and his wife were excellent performers. Since I paid for my wedding myself, I was on a very tight budget which meant that I spent less money for my wedding services. Dimitri treated me like I had paid millions for his service. He was very attentive to all of my needs and talked me through every step of the process. I did not need to chase after him on my wedding night to make sure it was the way I wanted. What bride has time to do that? It may sound crazy, but I even wrote simple lists of what I wanted and the other services I hired still did things their own way. My wedding was the most important night of my life so far. I would recommend anyone to hire Dimitri at Fine Arts Ensemble for any occasion especially if you want to hire someone and have no stress on your special occasion. They will show up and they will do exactly what you want. Also, I was very impressed with Dimitri's knowledge on the many parts of a wedding ceremony where music should be played.

I found Fine Arts Ensemble on the internet and decided to take a chance with them. I was a bit nervous in the beginning because it was my wedding,i'd only heard their music from the website plus they would have to travel about an hour to get to me. Just so you know, EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL!!!! Just talking to Dimitri and getting everything(esp. the music)together was a breeze. Very professional, worth every penny, very patient, easy to get in contact with and my harpist did an excellent job for the ceremony. It was beautiful and all of my guests loved it. I'm so glad I went with this vendor(FAE) and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was incredibly happy with the Fine Arts ensemble from the minute I contacted them after seeing high ratings on the internet. Since I lived out of state it was wonderful to be able to talk to Demetri to make sure everything was ready. Demetri suggested songs that would go well together and was responsive to my questions. The two performs arrived early and were dressed formally and played while guest sat (starting in the rain turning quickly to New Orleans heat). The music was wonderful (although my poor planning led to a record 6 minute ceremony). The price was very reasonable for the quality received. This was my first point of contact for a destination wedding and it set a high bar. I would definitely recommend using Fine Arts Ensemble!

Dimitri is a very talented musician and we were thrilled to have him play our ceremony as part of a string quartet that he organized. His rates are very reasonable and he did a great job of custom arranging a number of our favorite songs.

In addition, he was prompt is responding to our barrage of emails/calls and always gave helpful suggestions. This helped to keep us calm in the months and weeks leading up to our wedding and on the big day itself.
