What I can say is that MW Tux came through for me on my wedding day with no problems, but it was a headache getting to that point. When I selected my tuxedos for my groomsman, ushers, and father-in-law, I put 35 dollars down on everyones tuxedo plus the perfect fit, $20 discount. When everyone went to pick up there tux, there were being charged full price, as if there was no discounts. I kept getting calls from everyone telling me that they did not get the 55 dollars off their tux. I had to call MW Tux multiple times and go to their store, in the Fair Oaks mall in Virginia, to try and find out what was going on. I was told that their discounts are in the system and that they should be getting the discounts. I am not even sure if things were situated. No one said if they did indeed get their discount but it was a major hassle. If I had to do it again, I would not choose MW Tux.
Ugh, we went to pick up the groom's tux, and the jacket was too big and the pants were too small. They pulled out the receipt and it showed that they had ordered the right sizes, but what was actually delivered was wrong. They were able to find other sizes in the store, but it was a pain in the butt. Don't they check what gets delivered before the customers come back?
