I worked with the owner's daughter and she was great. I found the dress of my dreams, for an unbelievably low price. She also told me the benefits of having my dress custom made to my measurements, since I'm not proportional. When my dress came, it didn't need a single alteration! Everyone said they loved my dress and it matched my personality perfectly.

I will NEVER go back to this place! I ordered just my bridesmaids dresses and they managed to be rude to every single one of them! They changed their policy after we ordered our dresses and tried to get out of altering them. They even managed to mess up the order... one dress was 3 inches too small! But the dress was already out of the shop and "there's nothing you can do once it's taked out of the shop." A real load of crap! They do not even know how to be courteous! I definitely do NOT recommend this place to anyone!

My dress, veil, tux rentals and all bridesmaids dresses were done here. Staff are super professional and great to work with. As with most bridal shops, they appreciate a call before you stop in so they can make sure they are appropriately staffed. Tuxes and bridesmaid dresses were actually quite cheap, so that was a nice way to help out our attendants. They carry Alfred Angelo lines, which is what I was looking for. Not super responsive to e-mail contacts, so your best bet is to call. Huge selection of dresses and tuxes -- plus, it's not Chicago/Madison, so they are much cheaper!

The wedding dress I got was perfect and they had reduced the price of it the same day I came in to look at dresses. They were very flexible with me and able to get the best dress and service that they could give. They are a smaller shop but the service is great.

The people at My Fair Lady bridal were extremely helpful and gave me all the attention I needed to find the perfect wedding dress. They were patient with my pickiness and worked very hard to find the best dress for me. They also gave me the option of picking a custom dress which lead to virtually no alterations on my wedding gown. They do, however, have Excellent quality of work and outstanding alteration's service. Very polite and professional. My mother had her dress altered here.

Great selection and wonderful people to work with

I was basically referred to Fair Lady because my essentially dream dress that I had found online could be ordered through them. Sandy, the lady who helped me, was wonderful! Originally when my dress was ordered in June, we had planned for an April the next year wedding, but in July, our wedding date got pushed WAY up to August of that year since my, at the time, to-be husband was going to deploy for Iraq. Sandy called the company making the dress for me and they said that they could have it by the wedding date for a rush fee of $600 and of course, since I wanted the dress, I agreed to the charge. They had it at the shop a week and a half before the wedding and Sandy was able to have the alterations it needed done by the Wednesday before the wedding. She also helped assist me with picking out some jewelery that would go along with the dress complete with a tiara and a gorgeous veil. I would suggest buying the necklace and earrings from a jewelery store or jewelery counter though... by the end of the wedding day the underside of both objects were tarnished green and my necklace line on my neck and on my ears were green... it was kind of a hefty price ($60) for fake jewelery. But other than that they were wonderful. Sandy and I shared many stories and had some bonding time, which is great when you're preparing for a wedding. They also had a nice selection of bridesmaid dresses and groomsman suits, but since my bridesmaids were fresh out of high school and the time until the wedding was scarce, the funds weren't there for them to go through them and the groomsmen were suppose to be fellow Marines so we decided to go with their dress blues.
