My Glass Slipper

I had two very different experiences with My Glass Slipper. Based on quality and selection alone I would give this vendor 5 stars. Then have high quality shoes to fit just about any budget, their budget line Capparos starts at about $80. They have a huge selection of designer shoes including, Kate Spade, Stuart Wietzman, Badley Miscka and more.

The reason I hesitate to give five stars is because of the customer service I recieved the first time I was there. I went to look at shoes per the advice of a sales girl at Kate Spade. The salesgirl at My Glass Slipper hardly acknowledged me when I walked in,pretty much ignored me until I asked her for a shoe size and was rather short/curt with me. I figured that I would not be back, but I decided to go back many weeks later b/c I wanted to show my BFF the shoes I liked. I'm not sure if it was the same salesgirl or a different one, or the fact that the owner was in the store that day but the customer service was 100% different. The sales girl was attentive and offered suggestions and was really helpful this time.

My Glass Slipper was a great find. They had a ton of shoes to choose from which made it a lot easier. 2 weeks before my wedding I stupidly left my shoes in a cab after a fitting and wound up having to go back and purchase them again. They had them in stock and let me know if I recovered the original pair within 10 days that I could return the new unworn pair.

I LOVED my shoes! I ordered a pair of satin flip flops (hey, no one is looking under the dress!) so that I'd be comfortable on the wedding day. Now I wear these to all of my friends weddings... well, the summer ones! =)

i found the shoes i loved in a bridal salon and wrote down the style number, went home and found them for half the price at myglassslipper.com i ordered them over the phone and the staff was very helpful. they were shipped ups and got to me in 5 days. they were in perfect condition and i would highly reccomend them.

They had a great selection and I loved my shoes. I even got some compliments on them (I thought nobody would even notice them!). I bought Grace shoes and they were comfortable all night.

I highly recommend this vendor, I got my shoes within 4 business days of ordering them and they are absolutely perfect.

Same experience as other brides - bought a few pairs and returned what I didn't like. Prices are pretty much what you will find elsewhere but customer service was A+++! Overnight shipping was not expensive and selection is incredible. Bought Stuart Weitzman Oboe shoes that I couldn't find anywhere else!

This was the easiest part of my planning. Picked the shoe I wanted, and the payment and shipping were easy. Great site with great selection and reasonable prices!

This store was fantastic. They have a wonderful selection of bridal shoes and despite the fact that I already had some great white heels, I went in and bought another pair of shoes that were much more comfortable. Boy, was I glad I did. You dont realize how long you will be standing and having comfortable shoes is a must.

Great find is right! I was able to get the same shoes I saw elsewhere for much less. The sales staff was very helpful and answered all of my questions professionally. I love my shoes!
