I would like to take this opportunity to thank you so very much for your help with my personalized ribbon. When my fiance and I chose our wedding colors (Black, white and kiwi green), I thought I would be able to go to any fabric store and just buy the ribbon which was to be used for our invitations. Little did I know, it would become such an unneccessary task to find ribbon itself, not to mention to find it in the kiwi color I so desperately wanted......until I inquired with Namemakers. Namemaker had the exact color I needed and even had sizes to choose from. It's not too often that I come across good customer service, but everyone that I spoke with at Namemakers were superb. They were kind, curteous and anxious to assist me. I especially want to thank Janine, who was exceptional! She not only assisted me with what I envisioned, she also provided addtional suggestions for not only the ribbon, but for other gift ideas with services they provided. Delivery was right on time and I was ecstatic when I saw our ribbon personalized. The ribbon quality and imprint was more than perfect! We've received many compliments on our unique invitations and are looking forward to seeing our guests smile as they take home their gifts. Thank you again, so much for fantastic people with the greatest attitudes and unique, quality products. I can truly say that Namemakers helped make one of the most important days of our life MORE THAN SPECIAL!
