Neil Leeson Decor Floral

WORTH VERY DIME!!!!! Words cannot even describe how incredibly talented Neil is! My wedding was a fairy tale. I gave him very little guidance and he turned the little I said into something magical.... The reception room actually brought me to tears I was so happy. Neil has an exceptional talent and I would look no further--- he truly is THE BEST!!!!!

Neil's creative style made my wedding the most beautiful event I could have ever imagine! He exceeded all of my expectations. I still have people telling me a month after the wedding that my reception was the most beautiful wedding they have ever attended! He is awesome!!!!

When we were trying to decide on a florist there were so many good options in the Cleveland area. We had significant restraint from our budget but having great flowers was also really important to us. When we met Neil our personalities just clicked. We knew he was a big deal and that our wedding budget was far below what he was used to working with, but regardless of these things he worked with what we had and still gave us so much personal attention.
It was Neil that met with us himself for all of our planning meetings and even our two-hour design meeting. He kept up with all of our emails right up until the end until he transitioned us to work more closely with his assistant about two weeks before the wedding to stay in touch about last minute details.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars on responsiveness is because there were a few times in the early stages of planning when we could go a few weeks without hearing from Neil, but this was about 7 months out from the wedding and the truth is once it was important for us to be in touch we received responses right away. Neil's assistant was even blowing us away by contacting our wedding venue directly to talk over details.
Neil never pressured us to go beyond our budget. He always suggested out of the box ideas to cater to our thoughts and allowed us to decide in the end. He did an amazing job of listening to what we wanted and being creative through our lens.
As far as the flowers themselves go: I almost cried when I saw the bouquets in the Church. Mine was perfect, just the way I was imagining it. And my bridesmaids were amazing. For the price we were paying with the flowers we had I was expecting a small bouquet, but they were a beautiful size with so many textures and so much elegance. Neil even included a baby artichoke heart at my request! Believe me it was awesome. My only concern with the ceremony was the corsages. It seemed like the mother's and grandmother's corsages were unbalanced and they were having a hard time wearing them. My mother-in-law's actually broke right before the ceremony (she may have also just been nervous).
Every detail at the reception was perfect. From the candles on the cocktail tables with the crushed glass, to the beautiful arrangements on the dinner tables. We were simply astounded when we walked in for dinner. The high center pieces were so elegant. Neil gave us our big tight and elegant look without pushing our cost through the ceiling. He incorporated so many textures without making it "poky". We thought the candles on the head table were perfect... and if we could do it all again (which we hope we don't have to) we might just do a combination of the skyscraper candle centerpieces and the high floral pieces. The low floral were very pretty but we loved the other ones.

Neil was amazing! His decorations were a highlight at my wedding and I would 100% work with him again! He's very patient and he took the time to listen to what I wanted instead of just reusing something he had done in the past. What he did was truly original and amazing, and people have been talking about his decorations well past the wedding!

Neil was wonderful! I cannot say enough great things about Neil and his staff. My flowers lasted weeks past my wedding. Some weddings I've been to the flowers barely lastest past the ceremony. The quality was amazing. Neil's vision for my wedding was way beyond what I would have thought of myself. The colors and flowers he put together for my wedding were elegant and simply beautiful! I didnt want a Teleflora wedding and Neil knew that-everything was perfect! Having Neil and my staff be part of my day was truely the right choice

Trust Neil! :) I wouldn't even bother going to anyone else because once we meet Neil, you'll fall in love and let him handle the rest. He made our wedding unforgettable with a limited budget. Every single guest commented on the flowers and the decor at our wedding. We even watched the valet men come into our reception and say "One of the guys told me to check this out because this place has never looked this great!!" That for us was one of the best comments!!

Neil is a true artist. Not only does he select the perfect flower for each arrangement and bouquet, but he takes you through this journey of vision, balance, and color. He wants to see what you see for the day and he will go to the nth degree to make that happen! He's a pleasure to work with!

Neil has such a gift. Sure anyone can pick a bunch of flowers out and display them in a vase. But Neil takes it way past that! He's a true designer and doesn't leave anything out unless you tell him to. He's very genuine and won't lead you astray! He's also very respectful and never pushy!

Working with Neil was absolutely the best! Our wedding planner took us for an introduction. When you work with Neil you work with Neil (the creative drive behind all of the work). You are not working through someone and then in a number of meetings you just might get to see the designer. He is there every step of the way. Not only is he the most talented man I have ever met, he is such a gentleman. One night in one of my frantic emails, he wrote back to reassure me that I could put my head on the pillow, get some sleep and he would not disappoint me. He offered his cell number and told me I could call anytime.
But enough said for the professionalism.....all I can say is WOW!!!!! I walked into the dining area before guests arrived, to see the overall appearance of the room and it was breathtaking. I have never seen work like this!!! We have been to many
benefits and again I must say NEVER, NEVER have I seen such work.
He listened very carefully to what we wanted and he executed that vision way beyond my expectations.
People are still talking about the flowers.
He is a perfectionist and his staff is exceptional.
