The woman who helped my sister find a dress was really nice and very accommodating. It seemed like they didn't really have that many dresses that I personally liked though. I'm sure they had a good amount, but say for example, if you know you want a Monique dress, you should go straight to a Monique store instead of here.

I went with my daughter to pick out a dress here. She didn't want something that looked 'too bridal' so this was an excellent choice. Even better: it made her happy!

They have a wide selection of gowns, and possibly the largest selection of Vera Wang gowns I have seen in San Francisco. The prices range from $4K and above, so this is the place to splurge if the wedding dress is very important to you! I worked with Abegail and she was really sweet and definitely made me feel like a princess.
They only book one person every two hours so there is never any time waiting around. When I arrived, I talked with Abegail about what I liked (lace, fitted) and what I didn't like (pouffy and too much beading). I chose a few dresses to try on and then we went to a private room that was beautifully furnished with floor-length mirrors positioned around a pedastal at different angles. There were couches for my sister and fiance to sit on, as well as hard-covered books and miniature bottled water for us to partake.
Abegail brought in 8-10 dresses for me to try on based on what I told her, and her suggestions were right on target! She helped me in and out of all the dresses, and gave me silver Jimmy Choo's to try them on with. =)
I also love the way she followed up after our first and second appointments. Abegail did not pressure me at all and was very sweet with handwritten notes and emails.
