We love Nelson Coleman! My husband bought my engagement ring at Nelson Coleman and loved the experience (and I love the ring). We also got his wedding band there. As a wedding gift he purchased me a beautiful pearl necklace from this jeweler too! I guess you can say they are going to be our family jeweler now! Would highly recommend their staff! They are so nice and easy to work with!

From the engagement ring to the wedding bands, Jaci from Nelson Coleman was absolutely amazing! They are one of two sellers of Mark Schneider jewelry in Maryland and I'm so happy that I chose to work with them. Not only was Jaci extremely friendly and a pleasure to work with, she was patient when I was having a hard time deciding between two gorgeous rings. We also had our wedding bands custom made. Jaci and the Nelson Coleman staff couldn't have done a better job if they tried! They were a wonderful start to my wedding planning journey.Thank you!!

Although my husband purchased the diamond for my engagement ring from another jeweler, Nelson Coleman Jewelers did a great job w/ the setting. Sue is fantastic and was able to special order the Simon G setting that I wanted but that they did not carry in their store. I absolutely love my ring and am so glad that Sue put out the extra effort to make it happen. She was also able to special order the wedding band to match my ring. Great customer service from a small, family-owned business. Very different from Smyth, where we received terrible service on several occasions.

My husband initially bought my engagement ring from Amanda at Nelson Coleman, and had such a great experience that we went to them for our wedding rings as well. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and extremely nice with every interaction! When there was an issue with the ring that I wanted as my band (the company never made or shipped it like they said they did!), Amanda expertly found a ring even more beautiful than the first and had it rushed ordered and shipped to be there in time for the wedding, at no extra cost to us. The advantage of going to a family run business and not a jewelry superstore is the care, compassion, and personalized treatment each and every time!

My daughter's fiance (now my son-in-law) lives in Maryland and had researched jewelry shops in the area and decided on Nelson Coleman for my daughter's ring. He worked with Amanda who was, apparently, very patient and helpful. His experience was so positive, in fact, that when my younger daughter became engaged, her fiance ,who lives in New York, traveled to Nelson Coleman to work with Amanda. He also visited jewelry stores--in this instance in New York--and decided that Nelson Coleman was the right choice for him also. Both of their rings are beautiful!
The staff at Nelson-Coleman was amazing! We purchased our wedding bands and my engagement ring here. The service was excellent. The sized my rings and it was done quickly so my hand wasn't naked too long. They gave us a great deal and are still friendly when we have a jewelry question or concern. They are great people and I would definitley recommend working with them. My brother also bought his fiance a ring there was more than happy with the results of doing business with them.
