Neptune Cakes

Cyndi worked with me in making sure my cake was as moist as possible considering it was a fondant cake. I did have an issue with the fondant being a little chewy but she made me a sample cake and rolled the fondant extremely thin and it was super good. When I walked into the hall and saw my cake for the first time it was gorgeous. It was exactly what I wanted and how I pictured it. I also had a grooms cake made and by far, this is no lie, that was the best chocolate cake I have ever tasted; I had to control myself with cake for the first time. I am very pleased with the outcome of my wedding cakes and I recommend Neptune Cakes to any bride that doesn't want any drama and that wants a decorator/baker that definitely knows what they are doing.
