Nestldown

Phenomenal location. Our guests LOVED it and we people kept asking us how we found the place. It's a hidden jewel in Los Gatos, and it's just stunning. It is pricey and if you're not using a coordinator I can see it being a headache, but I couldn't imagine having our event anywhere else.

Nestldown was like a dream come true...a hidden fairy tale. The grounds are impeccably manicured with flowers in every season. The redwood aisle that you walk down is like something out of Fairyland--the beautiful lake and fountain were the cherry on top.
We were delighted with the accomodations--it IS possible to just have the ceremony there and really cut the costs. In fact, we were impressed with how much was included --using their lovely bridal house to get ready in, the sound system already set up amongst the redwoods, the used of the limo to drive down the bridal party, setting up and breaking down of chairs, driving our guests down to the ceremony if they chose...
Brooke was extremely helpful and kind, the bridal house was perfect for getting ready, and they drove our party down to the location by the lake with an old fashioned limo. So many people told us it was the loveliest wedding they had ever been to, and I would agree!

From my initial experience with Nestldown back in January to the moment I left on the evening of my wedding April 25th, 2009 everything was more amazing then any bride to be could hope for.
Brooke, Sales Person, Site Manager, Dream Coordinator: Totally on top of it, very responsive, has an amazing sense of calmness about her that when you are planning a wedding comes in handy. She has an eye for detail and organizational skills that I could only dream of one day having. She made planning a wedding in 4 months not only achievable but the best experience ever!
The Grounds: This place, if there were only a word that could do it justice, whimsical, peaceful, magical, well kept, I mean let's just say it's the perfect place to start the next chapter of your life as a married couple. It was a total crowd pleaser.
The Staff: Everyone we came into contact with while planning and the evening of were so gracious, thoughtful, and helpful! I can't thank them enough.
I hope and wish that every person planning a wedding at Nestldown or anywhere for that fact can walk away from their Big Day with the same experience, feelings and memories that we did.

We visited this place and LOVED it. Nothing compared to it in a Bay Area. Family owned. Taken good care of. FRESH AIR!!! The price was slightly over our budget :)

I loved our wedding at Nestldown! We traveled over 6 hrs to have our wedding there. You cant find any other place like it. Brooke was so helpful. I cant say enough good things about the venue. All my guest were grumbling befor the wedding about having to travel so far but after the wedding every single one of them couldnt stop saying how they had such a wonderful time. I had the perfect fairytale wedding at Nestldown! Also we were able to keep to a modest budget by having a cermony only at Nestldown and the reception at a hotel near by.

We just attend a friend's wedding at Nestledown. It's stunning. We didn't know there will be such a beautiful place for wedding at south bay area. The wedding co-ordinator is very nice and helpful.

We chose the Nestldown because of it's amazing, awe inspiring location. We also like the liliputian's house. We're not doing our reception here however, just the ceremony.

Nestldown is a very special place for a wedding. We had our wedding at Nestldown a few weeks ago and all anyone can talk about is how incredible the venue was. Not only is Nestldown perfectly landscaped and a beautiful hideaway, the staff is terrific. They are extremely detail oriented and help to perfect the flow of the event. Brooke was extremely helpful from the moment we walked the grounds of Nestldown to our last dance. She DOES NOT miss a beat. The price of Nestldown may seem a bit much, but after our experience, it was worth every penny. The fact that Nestldown is a non-profit organization and all profit goes to charity is an added bonus. The wedding was straight out of a fairytale. Thank you Brooke and the entire Nestldown staff for your help in making our wedding the best day of our life! Also, thank you to the Becks for dreaming up this wonderful place!

I couldn't imagine having my wedding anywhere else! Nestldown is truly amazing!! Since my wedding was December 1, we had both the ceremony and the reception in their beautiful and magical Barn!!! you can see more pics in my profile. We had family come from New York, Dallas and Montana...we gave them a true Northern California experience w/ all the beautiful redwood trees, they were all blown away. The staff as well really helped make the day run extrememly smooth and you know how important that is....especially to a "nerve racked" bride :) The 4 bedroom cottage provided to get dressed in is extremely charming and awesome and all of my bridesmaids and family were able to sit up there, nibble on snacks, take pics and wait until we were shuttled down to the barn for the ceremony. Nestldown is MAGICAL!

My wedding hasn't happened yet but so far I have had a great experience with Nestldown and the coordinator there, Brooke. We searched high and low for a venue that would be outdoorsy and romantic, and still be in our budget. The minute we got to Nestldown, we knew it was the right place. While Nestldown is not cheap, we ended up making it work for us by choosing a weekday in a month that's in the off season for our wedding date, and the price came down dramatically.

Brooke has been fabulous about everything, from letting us tour the place twice, answering LOTS of questions over email, getting our contract squared away quickly, to helping us with vendor recommendations.

The site itself is gorgeous year-round. We visited last November, expecting bare trees and nothing in bloom. The place still looked gorgeous, with lots of foliage and flowers! I am really excited about getting married here and highly recommend it.

Stunning location. Perfect for the bride and groom who want to get married in a beautiful outdoor setting.

This is a beautiful site in the Santa Cruz mountains. It is so unique and private and the grounds are immaculate. You and your guests will love celebrating here.

Never in all my years of doing weddings have I ever seen a ceremony site as beautiful as the one at Nestldown. Brooke Green and her staff are always on task providing outstanding customer care that makes everyone feel special. For a real fairytale wedding that will create a lifetime of memories you can't go wrong choosing this site. Nestldown is truly is a magical place.

Nestldown is one of my favorite locations to photograph. If you are a bride and looking for a outdoor venue in the Redwoods this is it! The staff at Nestldown really know how to run a venue. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Nestldown.

My images couldn't have been more glorious than at Nestldown. The rich greens, subtle wood textures, amazing gardens. A GREAT barn to dance in, scenic lawns to make portraits. Can't wait to be there again...Christina
