Do not use this store!!! They will not get anything correct. 1st they ordered the wrong dress, then I had to pay $500 extra because of their screw up. Then they ordered the wrong size dress and it was too late to get a new one so it would have to be altered. There was no extra material to alter it with. It was a corset styled dress and their plan was to have the corset widened which would have looked completely ridiculous. I had to pull my dress from the store and take it to a real professional. I had to have panels added to the sides as the dress read that it was a 10 (I ordered a 12) but when we had it measured it was actually an 8. It looked like someone had changed the label. They also screwed up on my veil. I am currently trying to get the money from them for the alterations I had done elsewhere. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
They service that day was horrible. I had an appointment and I was left alone to try on dresses and had to set up my own change room. While a walk in had my lady that was suppose to help me. They did lower the price of my dress by $50 dollars and offered a discount if we got the veil and jewelry but I decided to get those some place else. They also gave me a discount on alterations.
