My best friend got married in April and I helped with the decorations. NextArts did the drapery and lighting. It was such gorgeous silk drape on the doorways, and red carpet and velvet ropes.
Inside our colors were plum and white, with beads laced through the centerpieces. The light twinkled through the beads onto the tables. The set up was seamless and the room looked very, very romantic.

I can't say enough about NextArts! They did a fantastic job with my wedding. I rented draping and lighting from there. They turned the room I had my ceremony into a white palace. The white draping turned the room completely around. I got so many compliments from the employees at the venue about how gorgeous the ceremony room was. They said they have never seen it look that beautiful. The red uplights I had in the reception space really made the reception. They really set the mood for the whole night. It just tied my theme and colors in together so well. The pinspotting made the photos of the centerpieces just pop. I priced a handful of people for lighting and draping and they had by far the best prices in the Bay Area. Plus Tony has such a great personality. I think vendors that have a great personality are a great treasure to find.

Called for a consultation after viewing their ad in the knot. Booked my consultation and was convinced that my fairy tale wedding was in the right hands. Nextarts did not disapoint in the slightest. Every time I called with a concern, change or request it was taken care of immediately, and they always seemed to be a step ahead. Any equipment I needed was always available, from drape to lighitng. When the big day finally came I not only had a great vendor I could trust had everything completely under control, but a friend I could trust and count on for support on my wedding day. Can't say enough good things, 5 star experience all around!

Tony and his staff at NextArts are really top of the line. I was apprehensive when I first spoke to them, but NextArts won me over. They worked with me over two weeks to get every possible item that I needed (or didn't know I needed). I got projector and screen, audio visual gear, chairs, lighting, they really do have "Everything but the dishes" (thanks for the chuckle Tony). On the day of the wedding, NextArts staff was professional, on time, and everything was set up and installed like clockwork. The Audio sounded great, the projections looked crystal clear, and the lighting they pulled together on my budget was just awesome. These guys pride themselves on being a competitor to the "Big Guys", but in my opinion they are far superior. I would highly recommend NextArts services to anyone, in fact, my little brother used them too.

I did all my research and booked vendors myself so that was that, so to speak. This was my wedding and I wanted it to be fabulous!

We used NextArts for our reception - drapery, uplights, table pin-spots and a customized gobo - and they were awesome! Prompt and on-time delivery and set up/break down. Of all the wedding vendors with whom my husband and I worked, product quality, staff communication, and overall service were premiere. Our lighting was perfect, delivery defined professionalism, and I felt that I was working with a company that cared about making our wedding just as perfect as I had envisioned.

Two (yes two!) days before our big day, I phoned a competitor from whom we were renting white drapery and was told only then that it was damaged and unavailable for use! NextArts not only had a replacement, but it was Taipei Silk and had it delivered on-time! NextArts definitely receives my highest recommendation. Any bride should feel confident and relaxed in their hands! Thank you so much

I needed to rent chairs and tables for my wedding ceremony, as I had a different venue for the reception. I talked to a lot of chair rental places, and they were way, way overpriced, I was totally shocked. Luckily I found NextArts...Tony was super nice and their prices are very reasonable. He even went to check out the venue before the wedding day to make sure the set up would be perfect. Did some last minute changes on our order and Tony was very flexible with our every need. On our wedding day, Tony and team arrived on time to set up the chairs and tables as we requested. Our venue also required to tear down and clear up the place right after the ceremony, and NextArts took care of all of this. Reasonable price, excellent service. I highly recommend NextArts!

It was a warm October day in 2010, when me and my future husband began a search for a reception hall. At this point we weren't even engaged, but I knew it was coming soon. Throughout the whole process of looking for a hall, we NEVER once encountered a planner as good as NextArts. They treated us as if we were their own family and quickly gained our respect and admiration. They were very accommodating to us, and would meet or take our calls whenever we asked. They answered all of our questions with the precise information we were looking for. So, after several meetings and consultations with NextArts, we decided to move forward in making our dream wedding. When we first started talking about getting married and planning a wedding, we knew the struggles we faced. Sure, we had friends and family who had all been through this and who could offer us guidance. But, we wanted to be assured that everything would happen on time and without a hitch. Like a few other reviewers have mentioned, NextArts did not only help plan the most important day of our life, but they did it by making me feel as though we’ve known them for years. I wish I was articulate enough to properly explain how wonderful it really was! They are professional, caring, warm, intelligent, and have made a huge impact in the lives of me and my new husband. My mom offered to gift my husband and I "day of wedding planning" services to ensure we both ENJOYED our big day. We met Noli from NextArts back in September our wedding was this past NYE. From the interview He was AMAZING! He was exactly what we were looking for, both professionally and professionally - objective, creative and ascertive without being pushy. Both my (now) husband and I were sold on his and Nextarts services from the onset.

We were sensitive to finding someone who was approachable and friendly but could still ensure our ideas and visions were executed on the day of. Noli was prompt and professional in both his responses with to us as well as in his correspondence with our catering team and our venue. At the wedding he took care of EVERYTHING with little to no 'supervision' from the guests of honor. He exercised and proved his and Nextarts sound audio, lighting (more than i ever knew could be done), Draping, video, and video projection integrity to the fullest and at the same time quickly diffused what could have become larger issues on the day of.

Two and a half weeks before our wedding my mother unexpectedly fell ill and I was even more worried about the day of than I was before this. I made Noli aware and it was as if he picked up the load of worry I had on my shoulders and back took care of it all. They checked in on me every so often to make sure my focus was on mom's recovery and reassured me that everything was covered and would be beautiful on the day of the wedding - They were RIGHT! Our wedding day was absolutely beautiful - even more than either one of us could have imagined and for this we have NextArts to thank!

For someone who began the wedding planning process not at all thinking she'd need one or have reason for one, I couldn't imagine my day without NextArts. They were front and center without literally being front and center. During our contracted time with NextArts we always felt like we had their undivided attention and that the success of our wedding was as important to them as it was to us. Their audio, visual, event lighting, decore, and a/v capabilities were unreal. If you are looking for an experienced, creative, ascertive seasoned professional, with everything but the dishes at their disposal - give NextArts a call. You won't regret it.

I had my wedding during one of the most difficult times of the year, the Christmas holiday season. I spoke with Noli a few months prior to my wedding and he said they were booking up very quick already for the holidays. His professionalism and motivation to help me in any way he could was outstanding. Nextarts as a whole really came together for me on this one.

NextArts did the audio (both dj and band, AMAZING!!), video projection (picture slide show), Red Carpet, Lights and more I can’t remember it was so much. My mom made a powerpoint of pictures of me as a child until now on her new Mac laptop without telling me. NextArts took care of that. I was having so much fun looking a touching all of the cool scenes and set ups Nextarts did, I nearly forgot it was MY wedding. Their experience, professionalism, and skills took charge of this wedding to make it a dream come true for all those involved.

Unless you have a very specific idea for your wedding literally give these guys a budget and turn them loose, you will be amazed at what they come up with. As they are a nonprofit they were able to put together the perfect wedding package for me that literally blew my mind when I saw the finished product. It seemed that the more appreciative and thankful I was for all that they were doing for me the more they helped and worked with me. I was trying to plan my own wedding and really didn’t know what I was getting myself into. Without NextArts and their exceptional event planning and event execution skills I really don’t know where I would have been on the happiest day of my life. Thanks so much NextArts YOU ROCK!!!!!!

First, I'd like to say that if you are on the fence about whether or not you need lighting, go for the lighting. You will not regret it.

We had our wedding at the Golden Gate Club which is a nice space with pretty views but with lighting it is amazing. We were originally going to just get some uplighting but our caterer recommended pin spotting and in the end we added a few more extras - a dance floor wash and lighting for the trees outside the giant window of the main room. I was so glad we did this as the lighting really helped set the mood.

We also had an lcd projecter and screen, where we had photo slide shows from a powerpoint presentation.

I expect a certain level of attention to detail and I recommend NextArts for their lighting and audio visual work.

I can honestly say that I have experienced every good thing that has been said about NextArts in these reviews yet cannot vouch for any of the bad. I am not much of a critic but after reading some of the reviews about NextArts and Noli I truly believe that they deserve even more praise for what they have done for me and many others.

I had my wedding this past November and I am still getting comments from friends and family about how fantastic things went. Planning this wedding was the hardest most stressful and exhausting thing I have ever done. As most brides are we want everything to be impossibly perfect. If I didn’t have NextArts by my side through the whole planning and day of my wedding I’m not sure I wouldn’t have had the time and ability to enjoy it. I hardly had to do more than tell them my budget and a few ideas of what I wanted for lighting, audio, staging, red carpet, heaters, ect and they took care of the rest.

As my wedding was in Nov we had settled on the fact that it was going to a mostly indoor wedding. When NextArts took on the job they contacted the owner and manager of the private house my wedding was held in Sonoma. After a short conversation my wedding turned into a perfect indoor and outdoor reception. The patio heaters kept us warm outside so we could comfortably look across the fields and hills and the string lights (with beautiful paper lanterns), and uplights just absolutely transformed the patio.

If you feel over whelmed and or looking for rentals and ideas for your wedding, NextArts is the place to call. They will help you in any way they can to make your wedding a dream come true. These guys really work hard and deserve all the appreciation they can get. Thanks again Noli and the whole NextArts crew!!!!

I would really like to give this company a good review because I love that they are a non-profit, and the main contact, Noli, is really a pleasure to work with. However, I have to give them an honest, and quite poor review, based on our experience with them after our wedding took place.

We had contract Next Arts to provide lighting and heat lamps for our Napa based wedding in October. Unexpectedly there were huge storms that weekend and we ended up having a very wet indoor wedding, but had planned for a sunny completely outdoor wedding. Next Arts was contracted to put up lights the night before our wedding and they did most of what they said they would. They strung the lights and put up the heat lamps, but did not put up paper lanterns (as the rain would have destroyed them) and also did not put up these lamps to light the walkways and the uplighting we had paid for.

Once we returned from our honeymoon, my husband called Next Arts to discuss the fact that they assured us they put up all the equipment we had ordered, but in fact they had not. The response we received from Noli's partner was absolutely inappropriate and unprofessional. He began to call my husband (a very proper and polite Brit who wouldn't even know how to talk to someone in a harsh tone) a weasel, a despicable human being and continued to berate him for about 10 minutes over the phone. My husband had never been treated this way and couldn't even muster a response because he was in such a state of shock. We were supposed to receive a call back from Noli to discuss the incomprehensible service we received from his business partner, but, not surprisingly, we never did.

Not wanting this experience to tarnish the amazing experience we had at our wedding we never called back to discuss how inappropriate this man had been and tried to forget the whole experience. I do however, believe people should know that working with Next Arts does appear to be very enticing because they do have extraordinarily lower prices compared to most vendors in the area but I would absolutely not recommend them as a vendor to anyone. Trust me, you do not want someone to treat you like they treated my husband when it comes to your wedding, which should be such a special and overwhelmingly amazing event.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about NextArts! Hiring them was one of the best decisions we made in the planning process. They went above and beyond being and really became a good friend, offering support, advice and insight when I needed it the most. They were always willing and eager to help with anything I needed, and frequently checked in to see how we were doing and to see if we needed anything. The day of the wedding, they kept everything running smoothly. I felt completely at ease the day of the wedding, knowing that if anything unexpected happened, they would handle it. At the very end of the night, they even dropped a ton of stuff off at our house so that we wouldn’t have to worry about it getting it there the next day. I just cannot say enough good things about them!
