Nicole is a natural born teacher. We're a shy couple and she made us feel so comfortable on the dance floor. We also have 2 left feet, but she designed a dance that we can look good with. We took 4 lessons to learn our dance due to our clumsiness :-\
On the wedding day, our guests were pleasantly surprised that we can dance that good. They even asked if I taught DH to dance. Haha! I sure got everybody fooled.
We totally nailed our dance and our guests really enjoyed it. Thanks to Nicole's wonderful teaching skills and lots and lots of practice. She made two people who was timid on the dance floor into dance addicts. We're definitely going back for more lessons in the future.
Nicole welcomed my husband and I into her home. She was very personable, friendly and very reasonably priced. She is an extremely talented and experienced dancer. She is also a wonderful teacher. My husband and I came to her with no formal dance training. She took it step by step and didn't rush us.She also had a lot of patience. We spent three lessons with her. She choreographed our whole first dance. We got so many compliments on our dance. Everyone was quite impressed that we knew how to dance like that. I recommend her to all the southern california brides!
We chose to choreograph our first dance. We saw a friend do it, and it was such a treat for the guests...though it did take some convincing him to make it happen. My dad totally wanted our father-daughter dance choreographed.
Nicole was great. $50/lesson, 1 lesson = 1 hour. You choose to do as many or as little lessons as you like. For both my dad and hubby, we only needed 3 lessons per dance (3 for father-daughter, 3 for first dance): 1st lesson to learn the dance moves, get comfortable with music, 2nd and 3rd lessons to learn the dance. Both of our dances were under 4 minutes. Hubby and I did a swing dance (more complicated), and Dad and I did a simple 2-step.
Nicole was wonderful! We were very happy with the results, and our guests sure enjoyed the show as well.
