Noah did an amazing job with our wedding photos and very easy to work with. He's a professional in every aspect of what he does. We got the opportunity to meet with him and Tess in the Seattle area a month or so before our wedding. I'm sure you don't need any convincing that he has a unique style but if you want your pictures to stand out from your everyday photographer I would highly recommend Noah. He is flexible, down to earth and made us feel comfortable in front of the camera. Communication was a very important aspect for us as we did a destination wedding in Oahu and Noah was very responsive and gave us some good insight as to what to expect and how to plan our big day around all the events/pictures that needed to happen. He kept the stress of all the days events off of us as with most weddings we were running behind schedule and he was flexible enough to get all the shots we wanted with who we wanted. We also decided to be his first clients to test out the Wacky Booth and it was by far the biggest hit at the reception! All of our guests say how much fun they had in the booth and what a great idea it was to have at the wedding. Forget booking any other type of entertainment the booth was a great addition and definitely worth it.

Noah and Tess were great to work with! They were both very personable and friendly and really made it a wonderful experience. We did our engagement photos with them at Bellows Beach, and they took so many creative shots. There were so many different photos, and we love all of them! Noah and Tess were also very accommodating - due to Randy's busy work schedule we weren't able to have our engagement photo session until just a couple of weeks before our wedding.

Noah worked really hard getting our photos edited, so we could include them in our wedding slideshow- we really appreciated it and all of our guests thought the photos were gorgeous!! We would have loved to have them photograph our wedding, but we had our wedding in NY. I cannot recommend them highly enough- our engagement photos are really special, and we have so many favorite photos from them!! Thank you so much, Noah and Tess!!

It was so easy to work with Noah & Tess right from the beginning. The contract was easy to understand and so affordable in comparison to many other photographers we researched and their artistic ability is definitely phenomenal. We enjoyed getting to know them in the free engagement session that lasted well beyond the hour promised. They were so prompt in responding to all questions and as a busy bride it made my job so much easier. On the day of the wedding they helped us all relax and kept us organized for the pictures of the extended family. They really made it special and I will always remember all you they for us.

I dont know how else to put it except PERFECTION!!
The photos were amazing; they even made me look goodnow that is something! I could not believe how wonderful Noah and Tess were at the wedding. Before the wedding they were there in perfect timing and worked well as a team. During the wedding, I didnt even know they were there, yet when I look at the pictures they were everywhere, all at once!
If you are looking for professionalism, perfect photographs and everything you could dream of in photography, Noah J. Orr Photography is your best betand the prices were so reasonable. Whether you just want affordability or everything custom done, then look no further.
Noah and Tess, I thank you both from the bottom of me heart. I wish you could have seen the look on Maribels face when she saw the pictures. It was priceless!! Even if you were not my good friend, I could not have chosen a better photographer!!!

all images are given special attention to detail with an artistic touch. we take pride in our finished product and make sure our photos are looking their best before we send them out to our clients.

Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?

we welcome all kinds of light :)

we are 100% digital

How many photographers do you work with?

1-2

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?

we only book 1 wedding per day with a max of two per weekend. this allows us to focus 100% on our clients.

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

yes, in the unlikely event that we are not able to make it, a replacement photographer or equal or great experience and quality will take our place.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?

2 of everything. we believe in being full prepared, because you don't get a 2nd chance when it comes to weddings. we also have backup equipment in case of malfunction so we assure that nothing is missed on your wedding day.

Do you charge hourly or full day?

our packages are based on an hourly fee

Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?

if your event goes over by 10-20 minutes, we will not leave you hanging. we happily go the extra mile to make sure everything is covered. Any additional full hourly coverage over the contracted amount will be billed at $400/hr

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

just one meal break and bathroom breaks as needed (in downtime)

Do you charge for travel?

yes

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?

usually your photos will be ready within 4-6 weeks.

In what format are the initial proofs offered?

CD, as well as a private online gallery

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

yes

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?

we provide all digital negatives on CD with all of our wedding packages

Will images be available for viewing online?

absolutely. each wedding has its own private online gallery for viewing and ordering of images.

What kind of albums do you offer?

all kinds - from stylish leather to simple coffee table style hardbound books

When will the client get the final album?

generally a month after you receive the wedding photos

When booking a wedding photographer, one of the first things you want to ask yourself is, "What style of photography will best suite my needs?"
There are many different types of photographers, with many different styles. You can have the traditional style, which is the most prominent and includes a variety of different poses in different locations to portray the love between you and your partner.

Another style that has become popular recently is the photojournalistic style. Capturing all of the details and telling the story of your wedding day in all its intricacies - before, during, and after. This is a great way for you to remember by seeing your day played out from many different perspectives and many different times.

The fine art perspective is the ultimate attention to detail when it comes to wedding photography. Many photographers do offer this, however few can follow through on this claim unless they have a background in fine art. Making each photo a work of art is the passion of most photographers, and is also the desire of many brides & grooms.

Keep an eye out for these styles, among others, when looking for a wedding photographer. My suggestion would be a combination of all three so you have alot of variety in your photos when it is all said and done.
