This baker does everything out her house. She has a small buisness specializing from wedding cakes to birthday cakes. We were in a bind when we found her. We were on the short end of our budget and were very frustrated with the quotes we had received. I had invited her into our home for a cake tasting. And boy oh boy was it a tasting! She didn't just bring small slices of each of our selections, she had made us an ENTIRE CAKE! Our favorite was her brown sugar cake with fresh lemon curd and raspberry butter cream. It was very dense and delicious. Not what you would expect of a wedding cake. When she quoted me a price, including delivery to San Clemente it was PERFECT. She was just the angel We had been looking for. When my husband and I saw the cake for the first time we were floored. It was more beautiful then we expected. I would recommend Noelle to anyone, for any occasion. She will forever be the first baker we call for any party. She saved our wedding cake!
