Non-Stop Entertainment

We are so happy we went with Ryan and Non-Stop Entertainment for our wedding DJ on 04/19/2013. We hired Ryan soon after listening to his samples online. We liked how he mixes songs together- like a mash-up type style. His mixes are different than the average wedding DJ. From the early planning stages to the event itself, he was always available for questions. He was easy to reach by phone and email. This was very important to us, since we live in GA, and the wedding and all the vendors were in the Chicago area. We met with Ryan twice, and each time he was very flexible on the meeting place. Non-stop was also very organized. There is an event planning tool on the website to plan the order of events for the night with times and what songs are played when (example: cake cutting, first dance, etc). I actually was able to use this timeline for my other vendors to keep them on track. Non-stop definitely went above and beyond to ease our stresses.

As a MC, Ryan moved the night along smoothly and kept our night on track. We stressed how important it was for us to get to the "party", and he made sure that happened. The music he played was great, and he definitely listened to our requests on his "play" and "do not play" list online. I was on the dance floor all night and would not leave, because every time I tried to mingle, I would be back on the dance floor because "I love that song." We had a great time with Ryan/Non-Stop Entertainment, and would definitely recommend him to anyone.

We used Non-Stop Entertainment for our DJ, Videography, Photobooth, and Uplighting services for our wedding. Each and every service exceeded our expectations!

We dealt with Ryan Meeks to arrange all of the services. Ryan is both very friendly and very professional. In addition, he has been doing this type of business since adolescence. He was very knowledgeable in everything that he presented to us. Also, his pricing was very fair and very reasonable.

Ryan's DJ services were phenomenal! He was able to read the crowd in a way that he knew what to do to get everyone moving. In addition, his MC services were great. He was very on queue with making announcements and with coordinating all of our dinner intros and activities.

We also used the videography services through Non-Stop. Our videographer, Burt was the BEST! He clicked with our family right away. Also, he was very respectful to our photographer about not getting in her way. Rather, he worked very collaboratively with her to get the footage that he needed. He was an absolute pleasure to work with!

We also booked our photobooth through Non-Stop. The photobooth was so much fun and a great addition to our wedding! Also, they provided us with a hat rack and props for people to wear in the booth. The thing that I liked most was that the props were organized in a very eye appealing fashion. I have been to weddings where everything is piled in a bin outside the booth. Also, the booth had a very user friendly system. At the end of the night, we were presented with an album that had copies of all of the strips that were taken that night. And, we were given a thumb drive of all of the pictures.

Finally, we also utilized the uplighting through Non-Stop. The uplighting was beautiful and added a very nice touch to the reception hall.

Overall, we were extremely pleased with the services that Non-Stop provided and would highly recommend them to any bride and groom.

Ryan at Non-Stop Entertainment was personable, professional, and very easy to work with. The reception ran smoothly and our guests had a great time. I highly recommend work with Non-Stop Entertainment!

Ryan did a perfect job with our wedding! He worked with us to create mashups for our dances and he made sure that everyone had a great time. I wanted a full dance floor for the whole wedding and my dance floor was never empty! We had so many compliments on the music and everyone said they had a great time! I could have not asked for a better Dj company!

Ryan Meeks was the DJ at my wedding and he was FANTASTIC!! I highly recommend him to anyone getting married. He knew exactly what the crowd wanted and kept playing hit after hit. Our dance floor was packed the entire night! I honestly never left the dance floor because I was having wayyy too much fun dancing the whole night. Book him asap - he is FABULOUS!!!

I used their photo booth and it was great!!!! Customer service was wonderful and so helpful and available to me. The guests love the photo booth and the accessories that went with it and the pictures they received. I will recommend them to anyone getting married.

Ryan was great to work with! I got a lot of complements about our music on our wedding day! He really knows how to gauge an audience and get a feel for what everyone likes. Everything went smooth and according to plan on our wedding day :)

Ryan was our DJ and was very flexible, responsive and willing to do whatever to ensure there was no problems. Was a big help in the planning and did not have to worry about anything.

I had numerous compliments throughout the night about the dj. Ryan was excellent and kept the dance floor full all night! I will definitely recommend him to friends and family!

Ryan came highly recommended by my friend (see review by Katie on 8/21/10) and comes highly recommended from me to future brides. He was very attentive through the process and although he wasn't the DJ at our reception he ensured that everything was ready to go. Nick was our DJ at the reception and he did a great job as well. The dance floor was always full and everyone had a great time. My brother (who is 18) said it was the best night of his life. He played all of the songs that I requested as the bride and was flexible with adding others as requested during the ceremony and not playing those that the bride didn't want to hear. He knew how to play off the crowd and that is what made this part of the reception a success. They are a tremendous value for the services they provide.

Ryan and Non-Stop Entertainment were GREAT! We had a blast at our reception and we didn't have to worry about the timing at all because he took care of all of that. He was very flexible, professional, and fun! We had a great time and I'd recommend him to anybody.

We found Non Stop Entertainment on the web. His price seemed a little out of our budget, but his reviews were very impressive and he seemed to be exactly what we were looking for. When we met him he was pretty much upfront with us from the start, which we really appreciated. We told him what we wanted and he made some suggestions, but wasn't pushy by far. He was very professional and he respected our input and direction. All the way up to the wedding, he was easy to get a hold of and really made us feel like we didn't have to worry about his side of the bargain at all, which we didn't. Ryan arrived at the wedding early, looking and acting very professional with no "cheese" factor at all. He took requests and too last minute changes to the night programming in stride and adapted quickly. The guest loved him and he did the most important thing: kept the dance floor moving. Thanks Ryan for helping to make our night one to remember.

If I could give 10 stars for each category I would! Just got married 9.25.10 and Ryan was amazing. So easy to work with. More on top of things than I was. Received so many compliments on our dj that night and we still are receiving them. Got everyone up on the dance floor, even the ones who don't dance and especially the ones who love to dance. You can tell Ryan loves what he does and he's so great at it. Definitely recommend him for all events! Thank you, Ryan! You made the night so much fun!

I highly recommend Ryan to anyone looking for a DJ! I originally found his company online, and my fiance interviewed him during his lunch break downtown. Ryan was willingly to come to us to initially meet for an interview, which was a huge plus for us. He was extremely professional throughout the whole process. He paid attention to details and always made me feel assured that the music and MC would go great. Even when we had last minute changes on the night of our wedding, Ryan didn't flinch and made it super easy. Our friends and family danced the whole night ... the dance floor was always packed! It was great!! We couldn't be happier with his work for our wedding!!

I also highly recommend Ryan to anyone looking for a DJ for a wedding. He helped me figure out the whole schedule and timing when it came to the reception and played songs that I specifcally requested that you couldn't find on Itunes. He's very helpful and felixable and his website is so useful!!! He kept the music and crowd going even when our reception's a/c went out!

I would highly recommend non-stop dj's for your next event! They were amazing to deal with in every way. The country club had a power outage for a while, but our DJ, Ryan, didn't miss a beat. He found an alternative power source through the country club's pro shop and everything was smooth as silk. Excellent!

Ryan did a great job. We did not select music ourselves and had Ryan do it and it was perfect. Our guests danced the entire time and commented on how great the music was.

Ryan was our wedding DJ and I just can't write enough great things about him. He played exactly what we wanted and moved the entire reception along. At first, I was nervous about having to constantly check our timeline to make sure things were running smoothly, but within the first hour of the wedding, we noticed Ryan had everything under control and the two of us were able to enjoy ourselves.

The two of us come from very different families (music wise), but Ryan was able to find the perfect balance of popular, classic rock, Spanish, oldies, and house music. It was awesome! He dedicated every song we asked him to dedicate, and played any guest request given (as long as it wasn't on our "do not play" list!

We also noticed right away how incredibly professional Ryan was. He checked in with us a few times throughout the night, making sure we were liking the music and flow of events. He was very personable and got our wedding guests involved without being cheesy or obnoxious. We asked to do the Newlywed Game (aka Shoe Game) during the reception which he had never done before, and he put his own twist to it getting our wedding guests to participate. It was a ton of fun.

Another thing is he was INCREDIBLY helpful. I'm a DIY kind of bride and didn't have a wedding coordinator so Ryan was able to catch all the little things we needed help with, but didn't even know. Originally, we had our cake cutting scheduled for an hour and a half after dinner because we were told it'd be fine. When we finalized everything with Ryan a few days before the wedding, he politely mentioned we might want to double check with our hall to make sure it'd be alright to have cake cutting so late. He even offered to call and take care of it for us. Sure enough, we were able to have the cake cutting so late and he saved us a LOT of headache the day of the wedding! What really impressed us is how super helpful he was, despite the fact we had to make quite a few changes the week of the wedding in regards to the timeline.

It was wonderful working with Ryan and he really impressed the both of us, especially considering the wonderful bargain we got from him. If I had to choose all over again, Ryan would be the first thing we book!

I highly recommend Non-Stop Entertainment. They played all my husband's weird requests. The lights were fantastic. Ryan showed up before our guests were to arrive so he could be out of the way. He was very professional and sensitive to my requests. I can not say enough positive words. I would recommend them for any event.
