If you want sugar flowers nonas is the best. The three red rose i got on my cake were beautiful and looked so real. i saved my flowers from my cake. the cake was wonderful and very beautiful and delscious

Dominica and the entire staff at Nona's Sweets were wonderful to work with, incredibly responsive and they make some of the best carrot cake I've ever had! The cake decorations were beautiful and they did a terrific job for my wedding. I'll definitely use them for any future cake needs!

My cake did not turn out as I had asked. Additionally, this vendor was included in my wedding venue package. It only included vanilla or chocolate cake, with white icing. It was very limited selection, even though the price was the same as other vendors.

Our wedding cake was so beautiful and delicious! We received so many compliments and some people even said it was the best cake theyve ever had at a wedding. And, the cake was so good that when we got back from our honeymoon, we ate the top layer that we were supposed to save! It was so good we couldn't help it! And Dominica was so great to work with. I would recommend them to any bride in the area.

I cannot say enough good things about Dominica and Nona's Sweets. Our cakes (wedding and grooms) were beautiful. The coordinator at our venue stated our cake was one of the best she has ever seen! It was exactly how I pictured it in my head. Not to mention, it was the best tasting cake of any of the bakers we met with! Delicious! Dominica also was SO cooperative when working with us. She allowed us to use her cake stand and return it a week later than she had asked for, due to us being out of town on our honeymoon and having no one to drop it off for us. I cannot recommend Nona's enough, and I will certainly be using them for my baking needs in the future... hopefully some children's birthday cakes eventually!!

My cake was exactly what I had envisioned!!!!! Dominica did more than an excellent job with my cake!! She made the planning process so easy and fun, and absolutely everything went as planned! My cake was so beautiful I didn't want to eat it, but it was so yummy that I'm glad I did eat it!! I couldn't have asked for a better cake caterer! I would definitely recommend her to everyone!!!!

I get all my cakes from Nona's Bakery Cafe and my wedding cake was no exception. Dominica always helps me figure out what to get for special occasions and is right on target with me. Nona's cakes always look and taste wonderful. I get compliments every time I bring one to a party and my wedding was no different.

Nona’s Sweets Bakery did my wedding cake on 10/22/10. Choosing Nona’s to do my cake was made obvious after the initial meeting with Dominica. There was plenty of delicious cake to sample and she was well prepared and it was clear Nona’s has been in the wedding business for a long time. All I had to do was show them a picture of the kind of cake I liked, a few changes that I wanted in color, and the type of cake I wanted. From there, they completely took over and did so wonderful. They made it soooo easy for me, which is what brides need! Dominica emailed me a few weeks prior to the wedding to confirm everything and then called me a few days before the wedding to confirm again, which was very impressive and gave me such a good feeling. I was NEVER nervous one bit about the cake and the details working out. The cake was amazing. I received so many compliments from people at the wedding about how delicious the wedding cake was and how beautiful it was. It was such a special moment to see my wedding cake for the first time in person when I arrived to the reception and it was everything I had hoped of and more. I would highly recommend Nona’s Sweets for not only your wedding cake, but also for many other amazing treats! I visit weekly! :)

Dominica and her crew at Nonas was fantastic from the first time we met them until the day of our big day. We knew from the moment we sat down to speak with her that this was the place we wanted in charge of our wedding cake. She made everything so simple and everything turned out perfect. Dear Dominica,I just wanted to say thank you from me and my husband. I know this is a little late, but the cake was WONDERFUL! Everyone at the wedding was raving about it! Also, we saved the top and couldn’t wait a whole year and snuck a couple pieces from the freezer on our 6-months and it was just as delicious as the day of! Thank you for giving us a fantastic cake, such an important part of our wedding day! We will certainly be recommending you in the future.

i had a horrible time with this vendor. it was the worst experience i have ever had. who would have thought that picking out my cake would be the worst experience of the wedding planning. If i went into examples, you would not even believe me. At the end of the day, i was treated like crap, my family was treated like crap, and we paid for an over-priced cake that looked like l doodled on it. sorry i know this sounds harsh-and i have never written a poor review of anyone--but i feel so strongly about this. i honestly had the worst exp with this vendor

Nona and her team are exteremly nice and professional. They have the best wedding cake I've ever tasted... They really work with you give you the wedding cake you've always dreamed of!!!

My wedding cake was perfect. I am glad I went to Nona's for my wedding cake. After I saw all of the work they could do I was sold on them. They created a very special wedding cake and it was just how I pictured it. We also got cookies from them and they were very good also. Also for some of the other desserts we got were the double stuffed brownies they were great. But my wedding cake was Marble cake with chocolate butter cream frosting and peanut butter butter cream filling and the taste was amazing. It was one of my favorites along with all of the desserts we got from them.

I gave the ladies at Nona's Sweets a picture of the cake I wanted and our cake turned out looked EXACTLY like it! It also tasted wonderful! I have nothing but nice things to say about Nona's Sweets. I would highly recommend their services for your wedding cake!

Nona's sweets was wonderful. I am not big into sweets or cakes, but my husband is. I visited the store to view cakes and talk to the owner and she was absolutely delightful. We set up a time for a cake tasting and I bought a cinnamon bun as I left. It was the warmest softest bun I had ever tasted. The morning of the cake tasting I felt sick to my stomach thinking about the sweets that would be floating around in my mouth while my husband couldn't wait to get to the tasting. Demetria brought out a few of the flavors we were interested in and so we began. As soon as the strawberry swirl hit my lips, I was in love. Her cakes were sweet but not overwhelming. I loved them and so did my husband. There was no question that Nona had made the best cake we had ever tasted. We chose her to make our cake and not only was it delicious but it was beautiful. Her cakes were so good we still go to Nona to buy treats and cakes for other occassions.

Walking into Nona's Sweets is like going home to visit. Nona's Sweets has a very warm atmosphere with sweets surrounding you at every turn. This is a full-service bakery offering not just wedding cakes, but cookies, pastries, fudge, specialty baked goods and a host of other sweets to tempt your palette.

When you visit, tell Nona I said hi, and don't forget to try the butterfinger fudge!

Nona's is an innovative bakery that really understands the balance between a great cake and design. I recently used them for a client and the cake was a show-stopper. The details were so beautiful and the cake melted in your mouth. These ladies go the extra mile to make sure that everything they make is fabulous, I recommend them to all my clients.

It may be unusual for one bakery to endorse another but rules are made to be broken!!! The ladies at Nona's sweets make beautiful and delicious cakes, cookies, pastries, cupcakes, fudge, etc., etc, etc.!! I am in love with their eclairs.In fact, when I am booked for any date, I refer my customers to them. Now that's trust!
