I went to Norman Landsberg for the engagement ring with pretty much no clue what I was doing beyond a few pictures of rings I got off of my fiancee's computer. Not only did they make me feel comfortable with the process, I actually found it somewhat enjoyable. I worked mostly with Gail, but everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and pleasant (including Norman himself). The ring I ended up getting has gotten rave reviews, not the least of which came from my fiancee herself, and price-wise, I feel like I got exceptional value. All in all, a process that I dreaded ended up being perfectly pleasant, and we are actually going back today to look at wedding bands.

Norman Landsberg Jewelers has been used by my husbands family for years. In fact, he is one of six children and everyone uses Norman Landsberg for jewelry needs. My husband purchased my stunning engagement ring with the help of Felice! We also found the perfect wedding bands and wedding gifts for each other. The staff is professional and responsive. My husband bought my engagement ring and wedding band from Norman Landsberg. Though my engagement ring is gorgeous I was greatly disappointed in my wedding band. The women my husband worked with sold him a ring that doesn’t match or fit next to my ring. And though I begged to go with him he decided to not bring me. I would just be sure if you are having a custom engagement ring made or bought from them that they actually sell you a ring that is set the same way and will fit next to the engagement ring with comfort.

If I could give Mr. Landsberg a ten I would! My fiance bought my engagement ring from this store! It's a small stand inside the diamond district in NYC. Amazing quality and pricing. The mall stores will rip you off, charging 200% mark-ups. All of my jewelery is from Norman Landsberg and I have never had a problem. My father bought my mother a ring from this store for $450.00. She had it apprasied an another jeweler back in our hometown and it appraised at $4500.00!
