We purchased my engagement ring and wedding band there, and they also fixed a necklace that was my great grandmas. They are very honest and reliable, as well as very helpful! :)

What horrible customer service!!!!!!!! I've spent over a grand there for my wedding pieces and have had NOTHING BUT TROUBLE! The first time I went in is when they were trying to get their sale. The only good thing I can say about them is that their Trunk Shows are awsome with prices. I found a beautiful dress. But after they get a sale they could care less about their customer. My 2nd time going in there was to show my sister who came in out of state. They lost my dress. They spent over an hour looking for it and kept bringing me similar dresses trying to tell me it was mine. They finally found it...on the floor. The hanger had broke and it had spent a month laying in a heap on the floor. I asked them if they would steam out the wrinkles and they said they would...for a mere 176 dollars. RIDICULOUS! So a few months later my wedding is 3 months and I have lost a lot of weightso I wanted to try it on to see if I had to get any alterations on it. I walked in to find no one in the main lobby. There was a whole family in the bridal room with 3 sales people helping her. A girl finally came out and hatefully told me I needed an appointment. So I made one for 3 hours later. I came back the family was still there. I waited 20 mintues, with sales people walking past me saying they would be there in a minute, for them to finally get to me. They threw me in a room made my sister go in there and lace my dress up. They didn't even have the time to show her properly because they were so hung up on making the sale they had been working on for 3 plus hours on the other girl. I don't understand how out of 3 sales people not 1 could give me the time of day even though I had an appointment. But as soon as I walked in front of the big mirror in the other room and saw that my sister and I were looking at different necklaces it got their attention and all of a sudden they were completely consumed with helping me. Everyone that has helped me is stuck up and rude and I will NEVER reccomend or go back again. I have NEVER had that problem with ETC. I will from now on go to them.

I purchased my gown, a bridesmaid dress, and my veil at Norman's Lebanon store. The consultant was extremely helpful and walked me through the process of shopping and buying. She provided opinions, thoughts, and ideas for me that helped me make the best choice.The qaulity of service is high at the bridal shop; I was treated with respect, the store is well-kept and undergarments were provided to try on dresses. I couldn't decide between two gowns so I kept taking one off and trying the other on, and my consultant was very patient and understanding. I communicated my budget and it was respected. The only reason I gave a "4" rating was for the fact that I was given viels to try on that exceeded my price range.I love the store and the staff, and I definately recommend it to other brides and those looking for special-occasion attire.

Norman's Bridal was very helpful in my dress search. They had a great selection and wonderful service. I would definitely recommend it to someone getting married.

I got my dress, bridesmaid dresses, MOB dress and veil at Normans. They were WONDERFUL (in particular, our consultant Kathy was the best!!!!) They were helpful, knowledgeable, willing to price match and very tolerant of my mother sister and I tearing the store apart in our excitement :) When my sister gets married, we will be back!

I LOVE MY DRESS!They are all so helpful!..... There was NO pressure to buy and that was my favorite part.

Overall my experience at Norman's Jewelry and Bridal Shoppe was terrible. My wedding set was made to fit together in a very specific way. There are notches where the band and the engagement ring fit together. Mr. Norman ruined my wedding set by soldering them together wrong and my band is now warped because he forced it in to a place it did not belong. He argued with me about it, but did admit to being wrong after I had him unsolder it. As for my dress fittings - The lost my veil the so I ended up purchasing TWO (that's about $400). My dress laced up in back and the lace that came with it was THE WRONG COLOR and no one was going to bother to tell me. My maid of honor noticed the SECOND time I put it on. There were only two ladies, among several, that helped me and actually knew what they were doing. THE DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING THEY INFORMED ME THAT THEY HADN'T CHARGED ME FOR MY SLIP AND THAT I COULDN'T TAKE THE DRESS UNTIL I PAID FOR IT! I TRIED THAT STUPID SLIP ON EVERY TIME I WAS THERE AND THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR NOT CHARGING ME FOR IT ONE OF THE MANY TIMES THEY ASKED ME FOR MONEY.Ladies in Lebanon, Conway, Flacon or any other surrounding small town, IT'S WORTH THE DRIVE TO SPRINGFIELD!

I found my bridesmaids dresses and mother of the bride gown at Normans. It was worth the drive! The staff are experts and they are so warm and helpful!

Was not happy with the service at Norman's Bridal. It was hard to get anyone to help you even when I had an appointment. I was not happy with the color that my bridesmaids dresses came in and they would not help me- so I went elsewhere and purchased the bridesmaid dresses in the right color. Would not recommend.

Normans bridal was great. I found my dress on the very first visit and was very impressed with the one on one service. The altering on my dress was great. I loved to selection of unique styles. The only problem i had was the time it took for them to return my phone calls about delivery dates and the completion of altering. Other than that it was a great experience.

Norman's Bridal was amazing. They provided one on one assistance and will make you completely happy with the outcome!!!!

Normans Bridal was WONDERFUL! They have dresses that were at lower costs and then extremly expensive dresses. I was able to find the dress of my dreams. The staff was friendly and made me feel like I was a queen! I visited several other shops and NONE of them compared to the quality of service and warmth that Normans provided.

I found my dress on my first visit, and also ordered my bridesmaids dresses through them. They were extremely professional and helpful, and really worked with me through all my special circumstances. Highly recommend them!

Linda was fantastic. Their shop is wonderful. I found everything I needed there, wedding dress, bridesmaids dresses, veil and even invitations. They were fairly prompt with relaying info and were very flexible with fitting scheduling etc. Worth the hour drive.

This is a top notch place. The staff is very attentive and made sure we were happy with the whole experience. I want to get married again just so I can experience their staff again, LOVE THEM!
