There is not a more stunning Chapel in Upstate New York. Karen and her staff gave us so much support throughout the whole wedding process and the ceremony was beautiful and perfect in every way. If you want a ceremony that will have memories to last a lifetime...Norton Chapel is the place!!!

We chose to use Norton Chapel because not only is it beautiful but it held sentimental value to us. The staff is very professional and called to check in with us on several occasions. The wedding coordinater was lots of fun at our rehearsal although he and our officiant didn't seem to have the same agenda. They are very strict with their time frames which is unfortunate when it comes to picture time, make sure you plan out your hours to get everything in that you would like.

Both my husband and I graduated from Keuka College so we were excited to be able to get married at the Norton Chapel. The chapel was beautiful. The weather was also nice, so we were able to get some very nice pictures by the lake. Everyone was very helpful. I would definitally recommend this venue to other brides.

This was the most beautiful chapel for our wedding! A lovely lakeside setting on Seneca Lake with an incredible view. We used the chapel piano for our ceremony which was a beautiful instrument, and the acoustics in the chapel were outstanding for our live cello. Karen who coordinates your services is very friendly and accommodating. The only glitch we ran into was that the wedding coordinator we were assigned for the day made our after ceremony photos feel rushed because she was very strict with the time window we were allotted. She did do a nice job arranging the wedding party and getting the timing of the processional down. Plenty of seating for lots of guests and a beautiful chapel inside and out! This is a great option if you don't have a "home" church or if your church is too small to seat a lot of guests which was the case for us. Highly recommended, just be sure you know your time window so the coordinator does not make you feel stressed out as you are hurrying to finish up pictures inside the chapel after your ceremony!

My brother and sister-in-law's wedding was held here, and it is a beautiful site on Keuka Lake. The wedding contact person was very helpful and clearly outlined the stipulations for the day. The chapel itself is beautiful, with detailed woodwork inside. The on-site coordinator was very helpful, and would be a great asset especially to a wedding party that's in need of a detail person for the day of the wedding.
A couple of nits involved; my brother had to supply his own sound person, and that person couldn't see directly into the church to switch the music, which required some degree of coordinating. They only had the church for a total of 2 1/2 hours from arrival an hour before the wedding to the finish of photographs, which required a very structured (but do-able) photography session after the bride and groom had greeted their guests after the ceremony. Also, the first people to book a given day are given their pick of wedding times, so it can be difficult for the second people to book that date to find a suitable time.
In all, though, it was a beautiful site, with reasonably helpful staff, and all involved were pleased.

I grew up in the area and Norton Chapel was the perfect choice- It is absolutely beautiful inside and out. Everyone was really helpful and the rehearsal and wedding went off without a glitch. The 'hiding' rooms were perfect-great access to the chapel without having to see your guests before the grand entrance. The organ music sounded great-very romantic, and traditional. We were able to have a bagpiper play before and after our celtic themed wedding which really made the day- it was way better than bubbles or confetti!
