Saida and Chantalle are wonderful to work with, and made finding my dress such a fun and relaxed experience. Their selection is gorgeous and unique - not the same dresses you've seen in a hundred wedding magazines - and their prices seemed more honest than other places I looked. If I could do it all over again, I would go straight to Nouvelle Vogue for my dress!

From the first time that I stepped foot into this salon, I knew I would be in good hands. Saida and Chantal were the first bridal consultants that I had ever met with, and although I initially had no idea what I was looking for, they were very patient with me and helped to pick out dresses that they felt appropriate based on our venue location and time of year.

Nouvelle Vogue definitely has dresses that you won't necessarily find in other bridal salons. Theirs are very unique and mostly come from European designers, and the best part about them was that the dresses didn't weigh a ton! I knew I wanted a dress that wasn't going to look like any other dress that I had already seen, and they certainly guaranteed that from their selection.

This is where I actually found my dress and fell in love with it, but they were never too pushy about making me buy it right away. They suggested trying on other dresses and even contacted me when this designer was holding a trunk show so that I could plan to make some arrangements around budgetary concerns. After dragging my mom and MOH around from salon to salon (and neither one of them really liking any of the ones I tried on), they instantly loved the Cymbeline dress as much as I did the first time I tried it on. There was never a doubt in my mind about buying it from them. Saida & Chantal are probably the nicest and sweetest bridal consultants that I've met with during the dress selection process, and I've recommended them to every friend I know who lives in the area!

I am soo glad that I decided to purchase my dress from Nouvelle Vogue. Saida and Chantal are absolute sweethearts, and they provided exceptional service. I had been to 5 different bridal salons, and Nouvelle Vogue was by far the place that I received the best service! After trying on nearly 40 gowns from different salons, I was on the verge of giving up, thinking that "THE" dress was not out there for me. But Nouvelle Vogue was the last salon I went into, and the first dress Saida pulled for me was THE dress!!!!!! They specialize in European couture gowns that you won't see in other bridal salons that are just stunning! What I appreciated the most was how well Saida understood the look I was going for and was able to pull items that really fit me and my personality, even though I just met her! They also have an expert seamstress that will take excellent care of your gown for alterations. On the wedding day, I got so many compliments of my gown, veil, and jewelry, and its all thanks to Nouvelle Vogue!!!!! I couldn't be more thankful!! The were absolutely wonderful!!

i really appreciated the unique selection of dresses at nouvelle vogue. they have such elegant and modern dresses that will absolutely make you stand out at your wedding. this salon is on the pricier side, but if you can afford it, i would definitely recommend that you make a visit here.

Nouvelle had beautiful dresses and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The dresses in this store were very unique. The overall experience is exactly what it should be. My mother and I were able to go through the dresses and pick out the ones which I wanted to try on. At no point were we rushed or pushed to make a decision we were not ready to make. We had the entire salon to ourselves. I ended up finding my dress elsewhere, but I truly enjoyed the experience. I ended up purchasing a feather for my hair and it is truly unique and beautiful. They are more then willing to customize anything you request.

Saida and Chantal are the two loveliest ladies I've come across during my quest for the perfect wedding dress. Keeping an 'open mind', as requested by Chantal, I found myself liking the dress that I wouldn't have originally picked off the shelf.

Not that I would have to do the picking - they did. And as a result, a number of pretty dresses with which you can make an absolute statement, including one phenomenal Cymbeline dress which, surprisingly, is very well within my budget and therefore makes it to the top of my shortlist.

And... I have no idea that, while American-designed wedding dresses weigh close to fifty pounds, their European counterparts weigh only three.

Saida and Chantal gave me the wedding dress experience I had always dreamed about. After going to a bigger "mega-wedding" store and being less than impressed by the selection and service, my sisters, mom and bridesmaids came with me to Nouvelle Vogue. I absolutely loved walking around the showroom and pulling the European couture dresses I wanted to try. Though wedding dress shopping can be challenging, I had such a fun experience there.Saida brought out a beautiful flower and ostrich feather headpiece for me that really took my Cymbelline gown to the next level. I also got my gorgeous veil with a blusher and small crystals dotted here and there. Everything was ordered and made just for me - what an incredible feeling.Each time I went into the shop or called, Saida and Chantal were so lovely to work with. They have an espresso bar to sit and chat at, and also served me a lovely Chardonnay at a fitting. The seamstress did a perfect job on the dress.I highly recommend this boutique. While it is more expensive, as it is a couture European wedding gown boutique, it is worth every penny. I have never felt so comfortable, beautiful or perfect. They perfectly understood the look I was going for and made me feel incredibly special. Thank you Nouvelle Vogue!

Nouvelle was the first place I went when trying on wedding dresses. The atmosphere is amazing and Saida and Chantel go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They helped select all the dresses I tried on. I had an idea of what I wanted but they encouraged me to try this beautiful blush silk organza Cymbeline dress that was nothing like what I thought I wanted and it was PERFECT! I went to 5 other stores in the bay area and NO ONE cares more about the bride then Nouvelle does. I bought the Cymbeline dress a few months later. When it came time for alterations, I went to other places first and knew I had to work with Saida and Chantel again. I would never have known about the French bustle without them (it looks way better than a traditional bustle). Nouvelle should definitely be one of the shops you visit. Its the ideal wedding dress experience......

I had a great experience with Nouvelle Vogue. Their dresses are just spectacular! The staff was very very helpful in finding the right style for me.

Nouvelle Vogue is THE place to go if you are looking for a unique wedding gown that is different in a good way.

One of ten bridal shops I visited, this shop was by far my favorite because of a great selection of unique gowns that all differ from the typical wedding dress I see in most every wedding magazine.

Unlike at other shops, I easily found a dress I loved here; I actually found three, one of which even my mom - who prefers traditional dresses - loved despite it being "different."

I nearly bought my dress here but in the end, I couldn't justify spending $4-6K on any one of those dresses, not to mention a matching veil to one of them for $800, that I'd only wear once. Had I not found THE dress at the tenth and final shop I went to though, I would have most likely splurged on my wedding gown here.

The hair clips are gorgeous and of great quality as well. The only negative is the price. I believe the price of the flower/feather clips I liked ranged from $250-$400.

If you are looking for a lovely and unique gown and don't mind spending thousands, you must visit this store.

My and one of the bridesmaids was in San Mateo California visiting a few friends so we decided on visiting Nouvelle Vogue. We made prearrangements that day with them so they were ready for us to come in. They thanked us for coming in to the shop and began showing us their different lines of bridesmaid dresses. We found just the right one after a few moments of glancing around. The assistance was very well at the shop and they weren't pushy and they did not rush us. It ended up being a real nice place to go.

If you want a wedding dress unlike everyone else's, but in a good way, go to Nouvelle Vogue. Their dresses are incredible - well designed, beautifully beaded, well made, and worth the prices they charge (which start around $2500 and go up to $6000). However, I couldn't really personally justify spending so much so I gave up the most beautiful dress I found for a $750 one elsewhere. The Nouvelle Vogue dress was beautiful, too - just the right sort of 1930s inspired romantic beaded dress I was looking for. (It's a Jenny Packham in case you want to find the same.)

All the dresses are imported from Britain and France, and Chantel, who assisted us, is the owner and gave everything a chic French touch. They have great bridal accessories, too. I particularly loved a flower/feather comb that had just the right 1920s feel.

The dressing rooms are more like elegant salons in the back of the store, and are *beautifully* appointed. They are out of the league of every other bridal salon I visited. Chantel understood my style immediately and brought just the right dresses for me to try on. Even if you're not sure you can afford the dresses, it's worth a trip here with your mom just for the experience.

I spent a few hours with Chantal and Saida a few weeks ago in their beautiful salon. Being in the wedding industry, I thought I knew a lot about bridal gowns. After listening to them, I realized how little I knew.

Talking with them, I learned that it is better to select the gown first and then choose the venue. I'm changing the advice that I give to my clients about securing the venue prior to selecting the gown.The gown will dictate the feel of the wedding.

Not only do they offer one of a kind gowns, but they provide the ultimate in service. If you want excellent service and one of a kind bridal designs and accessories, I highly recommend Nouvelle Vogue.
