We recently selected Nova for our wedding and could not have asked for a better partner to feed our guests. Chris was the only one we spoke to that actually were interested in us as a couple- what we liked eating and cooking, where we liked going for dinner etc. Then they suggested a menu that was perfect for us based on this and wowed us with it when we went to meet with them for the first time. We must note our favorite element- that they created hor's dueves to reflect our backgrounds [ie. Mini British Fish and Chips] which were delicious and popular with all the guests. They were responsive and did everything they could to meet out requests.
Every guest commented on how great it was and we can't wait to have another party to meet them again!

We recently worked with Chris and his team for our wedding in NYC. We had previously worked with him for a business event - so it was an easy decision when we had to select our wedding caterer.

Firstly, Chris was fantastic when we were planning our menu and his guidance and suggestions were second to none. On the evening, the food was exquisitely presented and we have been receiving compliments from all of our guests on the menu we selected and the taste of the food - many have said it was the best wedding food they have ever had. We would highly recommend working with Chris. He is also very reasonable cost wise particularly in the NYC market.

I hired Chris and his team to cater a dinner part for us. People are STILL raving about the food. It was absolutely delicious, and the quality was excellent. The quality for dollar spent was also truly impressive. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We loved Nova. Our group wasn't that big (100 people) but it was still quite a performance to fulfull our wishes. We had vegetarians, people with diabetes and people with a gluten allergy but they still provided quality food!

Nova Catering was a real delight to work with and did such a great job on our wedding reception, our guests and family still talk about it.
From the planning to the reception, They show great professionalism and patience. The quality of the hors d'oeuvres was amazing and all look like little jewlery. The refined dinner was served by a very polite, neat , efficient staff.
I would strongly recommend Nova without hesitation.
