O Salon and Spa

I had Emily as my hairstylist. She loves doing updo's and is really good at it. I showed her a picture of what I wanted my hair to look like and she did a really good job of matching it. I give all 5's on her performance. I also go to O'Salon for my regular hair appointments and every time they do a great job. The lady who did my sisters hair was a different story. My sister also came in with a picture of how she wanted her hair to look. I know each hairstylist has their own interpretation on a hairstyle from a picture, but this lady did not even come close to what the picture looked like. My sister even had to have the lady redo it because it was so far off the first time. Even the second time, it did not look right. I just feel like the hairstylist rushed through the appointment and didn't care if it looked right or not because she had another client waiting. Regardless if you are running behind or not, each client should get good service.O'Salon also offers a variety of services for your pampering needs. I highly recommend them.
